I dealt with Charne Headech
After registering my interest she contacted me and when I didn't reply after a few days, sent me a follow up email to make me aware that the lease was time sensitive.
Once I had responded she cracked on and we got the deal settled in an afternoon- thus getting the best deal.
Communication was good. It was easy to do via email and speaking to Charne on the phone. The process was easier than expected !
She explained re her role and how the finances worked.
Hoping the car will be as good when it turns up - but all seems to be going well !

Martin helped with all questions regarding my new car choice. Quick and easy process which was all complete within the day.

Martin was great at guiding me through the whole process, even when there was an unexpected rejection from one company he advised on which car and company to go for which then went seamlessly.
