From the moment we entered the store in Grimsby on bank holiday Sunday, the Staff could not have been more helpful...No pushy sale rep....In fact quiet the contrary, after listening to our requirements, my husband and myself where shown mattress's relating to our needs, given a cushion to aid the choosing process, it was like a home from home experience. We were offered drinks, and also told to take our time, over and over again...We did purchase two mattress's, and came out of the store feeling rested not stressed...

Staff very helpful, engaging and knowledgeable but not pushy or rushing us into a decision. Listened to our requirements, offered relevant advice and respected our wish for time to reflect on this significant purchase. Even though a small site we had plenty of opportunity to view and try out several different options.

Show room experience was good, but the inconsistent discounts and "manager discretion" was frustrating. Needing to wait for 4 months for another sale discount to get back to where it was is also not exactly endearing.

I would not recommend this company. They are quick to take your money but hopeless when it comes to getting it ordered and delivered. They blame their 'new' system - in since June - nothing to do with actual human error of course. DREAMS IT get your act together and sort it out! You've just lost a customer as I am asking for my money back and going elsewhere.

Brilliant knowledge and friendly service

We went to the Mansfield store looking for a new bed and mattress. Dan was very helpful with matching us with our perfect mattress and eventually our bedframe. There was no pressure and just by having a conversation about my past Dan also got me a nice discount. He was only young but very knowledgeable friendly and an all round nice guy. Thank you.

Danny who was the sales assistant that helped us at Cribs Causeway, Bristol, was extremely knowledgeable, patient with us & extremely helpful.

I now just hope the mattress meets our expectations!

Very knowledgeable staff, We ordered online in the end because of timing but help from 2 stores was invaluable

We arrived at the store to purchase a mattress and base for a double bed. We were met by a very helpful salesman. He was very polite and friendly with no pressure to buy. He explained about the different mattresses and gave us good advice. We did order both mattress and base with a delivery in a few weeks so cannot comment on delivery.

I went to Dreams Beds at Beckton London.
They have lots of beds and mattresses to choose from no matter your budget.
The lady there was so patient and helpful. Finally I made a choice.
