We visited the store in Stratford upon Avon. What a revelation. The manager -James, met us and introduced himself with the magic words”I won’t chase you around the showroom “- absolutely fantastic. We had a myriad of questions and the sales person Brisilda answered all of them expertly and professionally. A credit to the company and a great addition to James store. We bought a new mattress and extras, awesome. The other great thing with the store is the mattress simulator, it’s magic. It creates a recommendation for mattresses and it’s spot on. If you need anything bed wise, strongly recommend visiting this store

Visited Dreams Brierley Hill & was assisted by Abby. Excellent & friendly service, ended up making a purchase & feel like we got a good deal. Would definitely use again!

Mohit advised what was available in the style we liked, and colour, in our price ranges, after purchasing 2 beds 2 mattresses, insurance, assembly. we left after only going in to have a look. 😊

Dreams Store, Clydebank
Visited the store to follow up on beds we had looked at online. Debbie took us around the store explaining the different types of beds and mattresses and also assessed us on the Sleep Match to identify the type of mattress best suited to our needs. We were then able to try out suitable mattresses. Excellent service from Debbie who checked availability and delivery timescales before placing our order.

Ordered a bed in June. A month later they informed me that they would deliver in September, and so I cancelled. Three weeks later I have still received no confirmation of my cancellation and no refund. They refuse to answer their telephone.

Amanda at the team valley Gateshead store was absolutely fantastic. We were offered the sleepmatic and from there service was seamless. Ordered a mattress with Amanda on the same day. Thanks so much

After several calls & being passed from person to person Warsame from Dreams customers service in High Wycombe has been the only person who took the time to look into the issue, he listened investigated PROPERLY and kept me updated through out. I have always been happy with Dreams over the years however the service isn’t what it used to be. A mattress could not be delivered on time and was delayed by a further week. I was notified the of a really early delivery 0700, arriving at 0715.

Do double check your invoice and make sure you understand what you have paid for. I paid £60 and realised this was for the double mattress to be taken away only.

I had to place the double mattress in a plastic bag, sealed and take the mattress to the door step myself.

A standard delivery, means the new mattress would be left at best in the hallway. Despite there being 3 men and taking a double mattress on my own would be hard for me, I was read my rights that based on insurance reasons, they could not take the mattress upstairs unless I paid for this and could find the invoice.

I do understand this, although this was a simple oversight on my part and I had not realised that I had not paid for this service. That’s on me.

DREAMS IPSWICH
We went and purchased a mattress from Dreams Ipswich today (12/8) and had a great experience. We carried out the sleep analysis and were given our choice of mattresses. Offered tea and coffee twice and the ladies were very patient with our son who has autism who likes to bounce on beds! This is our second time visiting this year and we will be back when we need another bed.

I recently visited the Dreams store at Gallagher Retail Park in Coventry as I was looking to purchase a new bed frame and mattress, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, but I’d particularly like to mention **Mark**, who was absolutely fantastic. I have some ongoing back pain and other aches and pains, so finding the right mattress for my needs was really important to me. Mark was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to understand what I needed rather than simply trying to sell me a mattress.

He made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable, and I left feeling confident that I’d made the right choice.

A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Dreams Gallagher Retail Park. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and I would **highly recommend this store** to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were looking for a mattress, something not to expensive, and we went to Dreams Portsmouth, and a lovely customer assistant named Timi, she allowed us to find exactly what we were looking for, gave us different experiences of firm and medium mattresses, she was very professional and polite, explained to us the functionality and materials of the different mattresses. We were very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend to others!

Went to Dreams Coventry. Was impressed by sales person Rob. Very knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. Sort of sales person I like - very helpful but not pushy.

I bought a bed last week from Dreams in Coventry. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Mac showed about the range. The overall experience was great!

Shame of the dead from Norwich was very helpful & took a lot of time explaining about beds with us, and telling us about someone hitting his car and when he’s got to pick up his hire car 👍🏽😂

Absolutely rubbish Enfield store ….tried changing my address after being on hold for over hour …they won’t do

I visited the Erdington store and spoke to Andy , He showed me the sleep test machine and helped me find a mattress , all the staff in the store were very friendly and I was offered a drink multiple times, I can’t wait for my new bed to be delivered

Terrible company I ordered a new mattress i wrapped up the old mattress for them to collecting left outside and they didnt turn up to collect or deliver new one. I have been on the phone on hold for 45 mins absolute disgrace of a company please dont use them. Tried calling yesterday just past 4pm and it said they had left for day. And another tbi g they keep playing that same shit music round and round
