Very helpful

The young man was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling I am very pleased with my mattress

Went in for a bed … sadly couldn’t find one we both liked BUT we brought a lovely blanket box

Kenny was great, easy to speak to patient not straight into my face nice and polite took me through the mattress selector gave me time to try as many mattresses as I needed to make sure I got the right one gave me a pillow to test the mattress with making sure it was the right one for my sleep style. Took me through everything with bed and all the policies ect. Made sure I had water and offered me a tea or a coffee. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

There was a range of products to try to see what was the best fit for us. As well as a variety of bed frames.

Friendly approach and no hard selling

A genuine no pressure sale, where we got to choose what we wanted with a really polite and courteous member of staff.

The sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable and was very patient. We did not feel pressured.
We tried to our order online the next day but via the website, full payment was requested despite having to wait 12 weeks to receive our order so we phoned the store to place our order and therefore was able to pay deposit only. We cannot comment on the bed frame or mattress that we ordered as it has not arrived yet

It was an honour to have Harry as our representative while we were looking for a new bed and bed frame for our apartment. He was very friendly and flexible with our needs and we were able to find a bed that was perfect for what we were looking for. Since it was our first time in the UK, he was very friendly and helpful and made my partner and I feel very comfortable and welcome. We had great conversations and he helped us with more than just finding the best bed for us. We will definitely come back for any of our future sleep related needs.

The sales rep was professional and patient enough to listen to my children's exact specifications for what they each wanted. He went through various options and helped us choose the beds they each wanted.

I was greated by Ryan a very friendly professional employee at dreams, he didn’t pressurise me at all and asked if I needed help or just wanted to browse I accepted his help and he asked if I would like to take a dream’s assessment to determine which mattress would best suit me. I accepted. After receiving my results. I think are correct after wanting a firm mattress the machine said firm was right for me.
Ryan didn’t start at showing me the most expensive option he showed me all of my options, and then I finally decided on a tempur matress. The process was very quick and nothing was a problem for Ryan he was very knowledgeable and offered me a drink. He is a very curtious and professional young man. The whole process was hassle free, easy and quick this is my 2 nd matress I have bought from Ashton under Lyne dream and I can’t wait for my delivery.
