Amir at Watford store was brilliant
We had seen some beds online but was not sure. We were greeted by Amir at Dreams in Watford; he was amazing from the start: he showed us the options of what we would have liked and gave us brilliant advice on the mattress. Polite and pleasant assistants
We made 2 trips to the store and were dealt with very well on both occasions. We were shown all the options and tried the sleepmatch machine to find compatible mattresses. After checking the dimensions at home we returned to test the mattresses and put in an order. Patrick the assistant was very polite and helpful without being at all pushy.

Great experience
The staff who helped us were brilliant. We were given all the information we needed and weren't rushed into a decision. They were helpful, polite, friendly and made us laugh. Great experience. Will definitely recommend to others.

Dreams
We arrived and were greeted straight away by Shaun. His whole team was great but Shaun took good care of us. He showd us the special machine they have to work out what mattress is best for our sleeping habbits. Afterwards we explained our budget and he was very accommodating showing us many options in our price range. When we were ready, he took us to his desk offered us refreshments and helped us with paperwork and delivery.
Overall a very relaxing, stress free visit.

We made 2 visits to the Cwmbran store to choose a mattress, firstly served by Lynne and then Heidi. Both were very friendly and professional, and helped make the choosing very easy.
