The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful, i came in to look at what pillows they have and the young man in the Kidderminster store was very helpful in finding me the right one, I even had a nice cup of tea while i was trying all of the pillows.
I will definitely be coming back in the future, the manager was also really nice while the other staff member was making my tea.

Joshua in the llantrisant store was extremely helpful, allowing us to use the machine to match us to a mattress, showed us different options and helped us finalise our brand new bed! Making the experience easy! We cannot wait to recieve our order! Thank you Josh :)

Dreams excelled
Excellent experience from start to finish. Tommo helped us choose our new bed ,first using machine, narrowing down the choice. Nothing was too much trouble and we weren't rushed at all. Thankyou.

I went to the Fulham store and found the staff to be very welcoming. The service was friendly and the staff was very knowledgeable about the products and made the whole process easy.
I particularly want to mention Jerome, who was courteous and very professional.

Awful service
Awful service. Completely misleading delivery times on their website and a shambles for customer service. They are always busy, never get back to you in a reasonable time and no knowledge of what’s going on. They deny you the right to make formal complaints and communication recorders is awful.
