What didn't go wrong? The website doesn't work and hasn't since it was 'upgraded' a month ago according to staff. The delivery date was changed at 17:15 the date before the scheduled delivery. The call centre is only open 10:00 - 16:00, but don't bother, no one answers, you're pushed to a call back service and no one calls back. They'll be the next to go into administration, through their own incompetence.

Brilliant service, Sean was excellent at providing advice and giving us the best options for our budget. Couldn’t recommend enough.

My family had an order that was meant to be delivered on Saturday - we were told on Friday night last minute that delivery would be delayed - with no estimate of when.

It’s Tuesday evening and still haven't heard ANYTHING else - no alternative date or update. I’ve sat waiting in a queue for a call back from customer service all day today - rang them when they opened. NOTHING. An email was also sent to customer service on Saturday. NOTHING. Absolutely zero communication from anyone and no way to get help from an actual person.

My parents are elderly - and this bed was ordered because they're due to move into a bungalow this week. They CANNOT have nowhere to sleep. My dad is 90 and has mobility issues and we specifically placed this order MONTHS in advance to ensure all would be ready.

We’ve spent a great deal of money on the 3 products we ordered - and the lack of communication and putting vulnerable people out of pocket and without a place to sleep is completely unacceptable. We will never be purchasing from Dreams again.

We went in to try the sleep match and met Emma our bed advisor, she was incredibly helpful showing us multiple options that worked for us from the information given with sleep match.

I rely on a walking aid and she was super considerate didn’t make a big deal of it which made me incredibly comfortable! And I never felt rushed.

Came out very happy with our new mattress and pillows ordered!

Absolutely useless. When we ordered our two mattresses we were expecting delivery in 2-3 days. When the delivery day arrived only one was delivered. The second mattress was rearranged for two weeks later and it has yet to arrive. No contact from them, nothing to say it isn’t being delivered just complete ghosting. Terrible customer service, can’t get hold of anyone. I’m on hold for literally hours, did the call back service and they call 10 minutes before closing and we missed the call, their online chat isn’t working and can’t manage the order online as it’s not working. Tried to email and told they try to contact within 7 days so again waiting on that. So 3 weeks after ordering our mattress we’re still waiting with no ability to get hold of anyone to fix it. I never write reviews but this is so infuriating I’m on here now to try and get a response from someone at dreams!

I have been number 3 in the customer service queue for over an hour.

I am assuming everyone has gone home and there is no way to contact them.

Dealt with Shirley at Bracknell she was wonderful. So helpful understood our needs so bought a bed mattress and 2 pillows. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

Lucy, the assistant was extremely welcoming and helpful. Her knowledge of the products is excellent! She is very personable and easy to relate to.
Lucy provided us with all the information that we needed. Her vibrant personality is lovely. She's a real asset to the company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have let us down due their new delivery system messing up orders (apparently) communication has been stopped on the online chat, when you phone it refers you to the chat and emails are basically saying don't email us as we have you in our queue of up to 7 days. Still waiting for replacement feet for the one bed that was delivered and still waiting for the other divan as they only delivered one with two mattresses. The delivered divan was obviously not quality checked as there were staple sticking out along the bottom of the bed. I felt sorry for the delivery team having to take the brunt of the company's incompetencies. They said in the chat that I will be compensated for the stress and inconvenience caused, I can't see that happening if they don't communicate!! Save your money and shop elsewhere!

We was helped by Linda today at Broadstairs Dreams. We have found our mattress type each (firm & extra firm) the mattress we need to support our two different mattress needs and the duvets we need for my husbands running hot throughout the night. Thank you so much Linda.

We ordered bed and mattress on 6 July 2026 with a delivery time of 3-4 weeks from the Cheltenham shop this was the 3rd time we had bought items with no problems. We got a delivery date of 21 Aug this was then changed to 28th Aug and now this it has changed again to 23rd Sept, A 10 week wait, are we able to get a refund.

Placed an order last Tuesday, received a text message and email on Friday stating delivery will be on Saturday and then another text message to say it’s been cancelled due to supply issues.. Have tried to contact multiple times since as have heard nothing whatsoever despite a promise to get back to me within 24-48hrs… 4 days later nothing and me and my heavily pregnant partner are now without funds to purchase a new mattress. Brilliant

What an awful experience. We’ve purchased from Dreams previously so had no issue ordering three new mattresses and a king size bed frame. We ordered in June for delivery this Friday (28th August) and today have received an email stating the order will be delayed until 25th September!

They haven’t given any explanation. All our items are UK made. I’ve called the local branch who are equally confused and can’t understand why they don’t have any mattresses available before 23rd September.

We are completely stuck as we were due to move into our home on Friday but can’t do that without beds! We could and should have gone elsewhere where - mattresses usually take a few months which is why it was the first thing I ordered once our move date had been confirmed.

Do not buy from here. Their customer service is non existent; you literally cannot get through via phone or chat. I suspect Dreams is on the way out and maybe headed for administration.
