Great bunch of staff today. Bed experts!!! First class and attentive service all around. Great price for a good quality bed. Even got some pillows thrown in- good for a pillow fight!

Lorna at the Hereford store was super helpful and made decision-making easy and practical. I hope I love my new bed and I feel confident I have made the right choices for frame and mattress.

We were attended too by AJ who was a lovely pleasant member of staff. He was very attentive to our needs and feels like we got the right bed for us.

Big thank you to Raghuraj for helping us find an amazing mattress which we are so happy with. He was great at explaining all the different options and was very patient with us when we were being indecisive. The selection of mattresses is great and lots of good discounts which Raghuraj was able to explain the benefits of.

Basingstoke Dreams made the process of buying our bed really easy, very clear and friendly. We were given ample space to look around and test out, we felt attended but not crowded.

Kathy, Basingstoke Hatch Warren shop, was brilliant. Showed us around, explained all the features of various mattresses, introduced us to the mattress testy machine thingy, made us test so many, listened to my menopausal hot flush requirements, and finalised a great match.
