Unfortunately I have to tell you that we are not enjoying the mattress. It is only three weeks off use but so far it has been really uncomfortable , if things don't improve I may have to return it.

A seamless way to buy a bed!

A seamless way to buy a bed.
From the minute we spoke to the young salesman in the East Kilbride shop, to the exact spot on time of the delivery, we were kept updated and also asked if we needed to change anything. No hard sell - just what we requested. Delivery guys went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, before leaving. Totally recommend this company.

Again we visited your East Kilbride…

Again we visited your East Kilbride store and were blown away by the quality of customer service especially the manager Gareth who again, on this visit sold us another great bed and mattress which we are very happy with. The delivery team are fantastic also Thanks again Gareth, you are a real ambassador for dreams.

Curtis our sales advisor was excellent…

Curtis our sales advisor was excellent explaining the Sleepmatch system and directed us to the recommended mattress after trying each of the different types. The whole experience of buying a mattress was very informative thanks to Curtis and the computer bed. My wife was also very happy with the choice the Sleepmatch system suggested

Excellent

I was allowed to look about myself before being approached by the lady, she really helped me pick the mattress that suited me best she listened to me and was not at all pushy so for me that was a really good experience

Overall service

The service I had in the shop by Agnieska (not sure of spelling) was fantastic. Lovely lady who really tried to help me decide and was very patient and not too pushy. The delivery men were very efficient too.
Please pass on to the staff involved. So far mattress is very comfortable.
