The sales lady, who took our order., in store , she greeted us at the store was very courteous and showed us the child’s bed we were interested in.. loved the new machine you have in the store which she told us, which sleeping mattress was suitable according to the child’s body weight.. delivery was arranged and bed came on exact day.. not to mention two delivery guys who set the bed up in no time and took time to explain how things worked regarding the TV bed … He loves his lit up bed.. highly recommend Dream….The bed is beautifully made …. this bed is a child’s dream …

I was interested to buy a Otoman bed but insured of the benefit of each model . In store I received excelent customer service ,helping me to find what I was looking for . I didn’t felt rushed in my decision and patiently I was introduced to all the models available.

Great service from start to finish. The sales person was very informative and catered for our needs.
We were kept informed as to the delivery.
The delivery men were excellent. They made sure the old mattress was removed before deliverying the new mattress.
Our son has found his mattress very comfortable and is well pleased.

We previously purchased a bed for ourselves, and Umar made that experience so pleasant and seamless that when it came time to buy a bed for our kids, Dreams was the first place we decided to return to—and Umar was the first and only person we wanted to see.

Once again, Umar was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting us in choosing the perfect bed. My kids are absolutely happy, and the bed is amazing—excellent quality and exactly what we were looking for.

Umar is a true credit to the Dreams team and a real asset to the company. We wouldn’t go anywhere else or deal with anyone else when it comes to our bed needs.

I'm not surprised that dreams has such a high review. This is one of the best customer journeys I have experienced. Special praise is due for Umal or Umar who was courteous and patient and totally professional.

There were 2 men delivering my mattress, both were very helpful and polite. They removed the plastic covering and put my new mattress in place. Very pleased with the service.

Misleading promises, no refund, and extremely poor service.

I recently cancelled my order with Dreams and returned the mattress protector directly to their store — yet I’m still waiting for my refund. What’s even more frustrating is that they keep repeating the same excuse that the money will be “credited in 10 days,” but they refuse to provide anything in writing or any proper confirmation. It feels like they are deliberately delaying the refund of my own money.

What makes this worse is that their staff were very quick to push and persuade me to “book now”, reassuring me that I could “always return it later and get a full refund.” This turned out to be completely untrue. Once they have your payment, the helpful attitude disappears, and you’re left chasing them endlessly for something that should be simple and honest.

For a big brand like Dreams, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Misleading customers just to secure a sale — and then refusing to refund after a return — is extremely unprofessional.

I would strongly advise others to be careful with what they promise in-store. My experience has been stressful, time-wasting, and totally avoidable.

Require better communication,my order was sold to someone else.
Staff at the store were helpful however I had to call head office number of times and explain to get issues resolved.
