Salesman extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. Very accommodating of our needs and allowed us to choose freely without strongly influencing our choices. Made us feel comfortable and gave us space and time to discuss our choices together. Explained everything well and did things as quickly as possible for us. Excellent service, would highly recommend to friends and family!

The member of staff who served us rod was helpful and friendly who talked us through all the beds available and the ones more within our budget. Easy process, thanks again

A very nice showroom two pleasant members of staff. James showed me around and advised me on options as the mattress was for a spare bed . I couldn’t use something I didn’t understand but I’m sure I have a great mattress thank you James.

Easy on the eye . Beautiful beds. shop as lots of room to move around and test beds.The Shop Was clean and tidy.Sharon who served us was so lovely and knowledgable and gave us amazing personal customer service will be visiting again great prices for quality beds and mattresses

They had exactly what we wanted and at the price we wanted. And the chap that served us was as helpful and polite as can be, we would definitely make them our first choice next time we need a new bed.

Made 2 visits to the store and initially saw Amit. He provided a great customer service with no pushy sales techniques, and was supportive when we told him we would be leaving to discuss making a purchase.

We returned several days later and saw Dan who took the same gentle sales approach and assisted us in a purchase, and he made sure to attach this to Amit’s sales figures.

We left after the second visit having made an expensive purchase, but were happy with the experience.

Would 100% use again!

Excellent service from entering Dreams store to leaving. Very friendly staff who greeted me on arrival, even providing a coffee. ☕️🙂 Sleepmatch machine was used and suitable mattresses, in different price ranges, tried out, including use of pillows. Very happy indeed with my purchase ( especially the grand total £££) of bed base, mattress and headboard bundle. Big thankyou. Keep doing what you're doing.

We visited the Hull store, to browse King size mattresses. We were greeted by Dave, who made us feel at ease. As pensioners we were hesitant about the sleep match experience, but Dave explained the sleep match would help our choice of mattress. We were given pillows suited to our sleep positions and offered a drink. Dave was extremely helpful and we ended up buying a mattress, a mattress protector and additional warranty.

Couldn’t fault the experience
Emily who was the staff member who attended to me was friendly but very efficient and knowledgeable. She explained each step clearly and effectively. She didn’t pressure me but encouraged me to take my time as she said it was an important decision. There was a good selection to choose from and I feel very happy with the choice I was helped to make.

I entered into Dreams and went to the Desk where Steven and Charlie were . Steven listened to what I wanted and Charlie was there training . They were very helpful Steven let me try the beds for myself after I tried them when he showed me them. I made a decision to purchase one I then bought 2 pillows as I asked about them plus 2 mattress protectors, both of them were polite and very helpful and Charlie helped me take stuff to my car .

We were greeted at Dreams Uddingston by Liam on arrival, who left us to look around with no pressure and was on hand for any questions we had. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and suggested using the sleep machine to point us in the right direction. There was also a sale on, and Liam also ensured a delivery date that suited us. All in all a very good experience, would highly recommend.

Had a mattress delivered today with finger marks all over mattress and hole in it with spring not happy
