Helpful staff in the shop and for the delivery.
Took old mattress away and delivered lovely new one with no problems.

Quality of product and salesperson and delivery people.

Good customer service and knowledgeable staff at the Reading branch. Both my wife and I are very happy with the bed, Tempur mattress and pillows we have had very comfortable nights sleep.

Dreams bed delivery. The team arrived on time and were quick to collect the old bed and build the new frame. There was one glitch that the mattress we ordered was not on the delivery van but this was swiftly rectified and delivered within half an hour. The mattress has proved to be so comfortable and has improved our sleep quality. The team gave us clear and helpful advice on mattress care.

Bed hunting with my husband is not fun however turned out to be a 'Dream Experience'

We started at Bensons for Beds in Reading...don't recommend then moved onto Dreams.

Totally different experiences and my husband was actually enjoying himself, bouncing on the beds.

Claire was absolutely outstanding and delivered the best customer service.

We were quite confused but Claire guided us through the process and we had a sleep test too.

The following week we returned and purchased our mattress.

Kevin (The Manager) and Claire remembered us and we were delighted with whole experience.

Very helpful in the shop. Showed all the recommended mattresses, not just the most expensive.
Only negative was extra cost to take it to bedroom especially as I paid for the old one to be removed so they needed to go to the bedroom

Very helpful staff

I have back pain so went to Dreams to get a new mattress. It came within two weeks, but within a very short time my back pain intensified so much I could hardly walk. The mattress was too hard. I went back to Dreams to order another mattress which was £405 cheaper than the first. I expected this amount to be credited to my credit card, but was shocked to be told I would get vouchers instead. However, I had further talks with Dreams and they credited my card with with half of the outstanding value and I took the rest in vouchers. So a happy ending.
