Great friendly advice and good selection of mattress’s

We were looked after and felt we were being given the right advice to make the right choice for us.

Hereford branch. Lots of selection, these things you just have to try them out in store instead of buying online and not knowing what you're going to get. Helpful, cheery and enthusiastic assistant named Lorna resulted in seamless transaction.

Dheeran greeted us with a smile and advised /answered our question with regards to the type of bed and mattress we were after, in a very professional manner, as well as offering tea or coffee

Excelllent customer support - really want to commend the Staines branch staff for giving us such a non-pressurised experience of buying a bed for our daughter. A special shout out to Melina, the young sales rep who absolutely smashed it in terms of providing us detailed knowledge of mattress selection and choosing the bed frame and mattress. The mattress selection machine is next level, however having someone with all the answers for our queries and not pressurising us to commit made it really easy to select and purchase our bed.

We bought our bed from the Waterlooville branch and was served by Hannah who was absolutely brilliant. She was informative and helpful without being pushy.

First Class customer service, Steven at the Cheltenham store was an excellent representative for Dreams. Very happy.

Helpful and friendly staff

Predatory practice with almost 0 customer service, customer service call about cancellation is always a 90 minute wait time no matter when you call back. You call to want to place an order or change delivery date its pus you right through.

Chatbot is "unavailable" for when you want to amend or cancel an order but you want to place an order it is suddenly working again.

Customer service email is hidden for cancellations and directs you to their telephone number only which brings you to the never ending 90 minute wait time.

Would avoid not recommended, joke of a customer service team.

recently visited my local store in Huddersfield and was greeted by a lovely young man called Benn.
I already knew what I was looking for, and Benn was able to provide me with all the relevant information without putting any pressure on me to make a purchase. I really appreciated his friendly and helpful approach.

Once I had made my decision, Benn was fantastic in dealing with my purchase. He took the time to talk me through the services they provide and made the whole experience smooth and straightforward.

We popped to the Hereford store to purchase two mattresses. Lorna pointed us in the right direction for the best mattress and pillows for us. Her advice was great as we would have gone for the wrong mattress without her! Thank you so much for a perfect experience.

Great service today from Dreams at Sears retail park Solihull. Really attentive service, great management and great staff would highly reccomend.

Hayley couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, she didn't, rush us and talked us through the types of matressses that the sleep sensor had recommended aswell as some that she thought might be a good fit for the results. She offered us a drink and then left us to decide which one was right for us. We didn't feel pushed to buy and spent a good 20 mins trying the 2 we thought were the best for us. The pillows we used to test on the bed were so nice and comfortable that we bought those aswell as the mattress. Even though there was a bit of a problem with the computer we took it all in our stride as we had been treated so good that it was no bother to waite. This is how customers should be treated and dreams should be proud of the staff who work for them

Very good experience today. Came in to the Nuneaton store with no idea about where to start. Jugal (sales assistant) helped so much with our choices. The sleepmatch did a great job but Jugal’s support afterwards helped us decide on the best choice.
