Our whole experience was fantastic thanks to Khadeejah at the Stratford Upon Avon store. From the moment we walked in she was engaging, extremely knowledgeable & guided us through the whole process with a fantastic sense of humour. We haven't received customer service like that for a very long time, we would highly recommended her as a consultant to anyone thinking of buying a new bed, mattress or accessories, she is an absolute pleasure to deal with & deserves credit

Bought a double mattress and had an excellent experience of service from Michelle. Friendly, helpful and made the whole experience easy. Totally recommend coming here. The camaraderie between the staff also gives a very positive impression. Top marks deserved.

Absolutely amazing customer service

First mattress was too soft. The process to exchange was hampered by IT issues but was straight forward.
All staff were very helpful - in store, on the phone & on delivery. 🤗

Fantastic service in store, staff were brilliant and so knowledgeable!

When it came to delivery they didn’t arrive, we have sold our old mattress that day! No one contacted us to say it had been cancelled, only when I contacted them I got told it was out of stock and would be with me in 12 weeks. Customer service were really unhelpful. Then had a scammer calling me pretending to be dreams for a ‘refund reorder’! Even the scammers have caught onto how bad dreams service is currently! Two week wait for a refund! So poor! Letting down the store staff!

I ordered 2 mattresses for my property I let out, as was getting a new tenant. I had a phone call from Dreams and was told there had been a problem with deliveries (not just mine) and that delivery dates had to be re-arranged. The new date I was given for my delivery was 2 weeks after my tenant moves in and Dreams did nothing to deliver the mattresses sooner. I stopped the order and rushed over to Bensons for Beds. Fantastic, delivering a week before tenant moves in. "Dreams", perhaps should be "Nightmares"!
