I’ve had an issue since 12/7/24, I’ve been number 49 in the queue many times, left my number on call back 3 times this week, no body has the courtesy to contact me, strange they were quick taking over £6,000 from me when I purchased my bed! Also e mailed .

Ordered online, delivered on time, great service, great quality and price 👌

The whole experience from ordering online and speaking to Graham (who was very helpful, efficient and professional) to having the mattress delivered by Scott and Scott and the old mattress taken away (they were both also very friendly, professional and efficient) was "above and beyond". Mattress is so extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Dreams Stevenage provided a great service from sales to delivery. Shipment was right on schedule, assembly was professional. Both the bed and the pocket spring mattress are way beyond our expectations; no more backache in the last 2 months, whereas earlier both of us were prone to painful sleeps.

I bought a bed recently from dreams. It was excellent experience during my visit to the store and very friendly people and got the best deal available on that day and also some free add on product. Also the delivery is as informed and also friendly people while fitting the bed when delivered. Overall excellent experience.

Visited the Stevenage Dreams store to purchase a replacement King size mattress for my elderly mum. The "Sleep Expert" who served us was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Put my mum who is also visually impaired totally at ease and having got her onto the sleep machine to determine her requirements, proceeded to get her to test a number of mattresses that met her requirements and more importantly budget. She was very very pleased with her purchase and overall shopping experience. We will most definitely be using the Stevenage Dreams store again for future bed/mattress purchases and hope that the expert Graeme will be there to help us!

Great service amazing mattress terrible after service and mattress insurance cover, I got a £1000 pound mattress it was amazing I called it Cloud 9, I was sold Dreams mattress protection cover (insurance) and told it would cover me for 8 years if the mattress gets out of shape or the springs go and i could not sleep on it. 3 years on and the pillow top is all outta shape and the springs just dropped an inch and I woke up with terrible back pain I can no longer sleep on it, it had a 5 year warranty anyway, I called Dreams insurance and after 5 long weeks a mattress technician came and in only a few short minutes looked at the mattress felt the top with his hand lay on it for a moment and told me as the mattress is 3 years old it would need to be 2 1/2 times worse than it is for a claim to be considered and I have zero chance of getting it fixed or exchanged, I paid good money for the insurance with little to no hope of them ever honouring it, I must either keep sleeping on it until the springs fail, which I can’t it’s sunken and uncomfortable beyond the point of sleeping on, or the cover is as useless as my mattress.
I am unhappy with the cover and the lies I was sold but more unhappy with the 6 weeks delay tactics and wasting of my time if the mattress warranty and cover is only as good as the mattress lasts just be honest about it and don’t take extra money and waste my time for the privilege of paying you for fake cover !!

Be warned Dreams a high street name lie about the cover and warranty and are extremely unhelpful after your 30 days …
Not a brand you can trust !

After speaking to a polite man called Peter, although he could not change the outcome or past he made a good compromise and is a great representative of the company, thank you peter.
My new Cloud has arrived and is superb all went well after the turnaround of attitude I can’t but help give 5 stars

Great service and just the right amount of support in choosing my mattress. The Stevenage branch were brilliant.
