Professional and friendly service. Excellent products and affordable prices. Very nice sale assistant Dina helped us choose the right mattress. We used the sleep match technology which was a great experience and it let us know what we really need. Dina walked us through many different options and gave us advice we needed. We left the Dreams store happy and content with our choice.

Experience in store was good, we were shown options to suit us. The only downside was timescale for delivery, 6 weeks. The bed when arrived was put together quickly and efficiently and was demonstrated well. We are extremely pleased with the product. It is far more comfortable than expected.

Andy was absolutely lovely, fantastic customer service going above and beyond to include my 7 year old son in choosing the right mattress for him using child friendly language.
We were made a hot drink and given time to discuss our options on our own whilst letting us know he was there if we needed
Delivery guys were amazing, covered there shoes and were working on one of the hottest days of the year, taking the mattress upstairs and not leaving it at the door.

We were attended to promptly after we entered the store. What I thought would be a difficult process was made easy by Andrew and with his help we easily found what we wanted. Paperwork was smoothly conducted and a delivery date advised for 10th June 26. We were kept informed about the exact time of arrival by the delivery crew. We prepared for the delivery as advised and it went very well. Delivery crew, Corey and Steve reviewed the route they would take to bring in the new mattress. They took away the old mattress which we had covered with the bag provided and brought in the new one and placed it on the bed. We love that the old one will be recycled. Thank you. Sleep is improved as I can hardly feel any movement made by as my husband as he turns over in the night. The bed feels firm and comfy. We are very pleased with the entire process.

Very good experience. The staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable. As a disabled customer, everything was made very easy.

Brilliant. Delivered on time and the guys were great. Covered their boots and built the bed in no time. They explained how it worked and then took the old bed and all the packaging away. Great service from sales to delivery.

The blokes were very helpful they took away the old bed and put the new bed in for me and took all the rubbish away and they were both very polite

We had a Very helpful assistant called Di. She was so patient with us, the single beds we chose with her necessary help are just IDEAL. We are thrilled with our new beds.
The delivery men were also very competent and friendly.

Price fairly bed is comfortable can’t complain
