Sandy looked after my Mum in law today in the purchase of a new bed. She was courteous and professional throughout and helped her through the process. I would recommend the Hereford team if you want to buy a new bed. Thanks Sandy.

Ordered a bed for my little boy. Booked a day off work for delivery, then they emailed the day before to say it’s been delayed with no further information about when it will be coming! Bearing in mind I had an email a few days before to confirm it coming! 24 hours is NOT enough notice. Poor customer service

Great staff at the Lincoln branch. Jayne helped to explain everything clearly and she had a great expert knowledge. No hard selling and the whole process was explained throughout. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a base and mattress delivered four weeks ago. Unfortunately one part of the base was damaged (fabric scuffed and torn). We contacted customer services and were told that delivery time f a replacement would be yesterday. We had email notifications and text messages stating that we would have our delivery and a message in Friday afternoon giving us a two hour window for delivery yesterday. So we made the room ready for delivery, cancelled plans, then, ten minutes before the delivery slot we had a call -to rearrange delivery. There was a delay in the base and the earliest we could have delivery is over four weeks. So, not only did dreams deliver a damaged base, then they gave us a date for replacement but they then made matters worse by only telling us ten minutes before that we wouldn’t get the replacement. This is not acceptable.

We were determined to find the ‘right’ mattress for the replacement of our first choice under the 100 days replacement scheme. We cannot fault Nathan for his help and very knowledgeable advice in helping us make our final decision. Nathan and all the staff in your Salisbury branch were helpful and cheery and tolerated us during the long time it took us to make our choice.

Simon in Bromborough was helpful from when we walked into the store. Listened to what I wanted and made sure to take us through the full process. We took some time to think about it and there was no pressure to buy immediately. We retuned the same day and got the same service and an even better bed! Super smooth process and can’t reccomend enough.

We had an excellent first time experience upon our visit at Dreams in Llandudno. We were greeted by Conor and his overall customer service was outstanding. We were very indecisive on what mattress to get as we couldn’t agree on one so he let us try the “magic bed”. He was really accommodating to all our requests and questions and he was extremely lovely to our 2 year old son who was a bit overtired by the end! We have bought a lovely bed for a new home and we can’t wait to receive it. Conor also stayed late after closing time to make sure we were all set with our purchase. Thank you so much for everything!

We visited the store today at Ocean Retail Park with my teenage daughter, as she is desperate to have a double bed. My daughter has a small bedroom but we were determined to come up with a solution as we had promised her after her recent GCSE results. Timi, was the store representative that helped us and she could not have made our lives any easier. She helped us find both a bed and mattress that offered good storage solutions and was also within budget. All three of us left the store extremely happy. The customer service was excellent!

My partner and I just purchased our first Dreams mattress in store and are very happy with the overall experience! Liibaan from the East Acton branch was wonderful to work with. He was professional, approachable, helpful and lovely overall!
Would recommend the in store experience!

Liz and Katie were absolutely brilliant today in the Andover store. They answered all our questions and provided an outstanding service. Honestly cannot recommend them enough. So grateful for their service and help.

We’ve just been into the altrincham branch with Charlotte. It was an amazing experience, we got a scan of our bodies to find out what mattress is best for us. Plenty of offers for drinks and we were free to try any beds and ask for any information. Lovely staff all around. 10/10

Chris and Gary were great, no pressure sales. We were only shopping for a mattress.
Chris fully explained all the ones that suited us after using the Sleep Match beds, we were able to try the different mattresses using pillows for a true reflection of our sleeping positions. Delivery to suit, so happy with our purchase 🤩

Andrea was lovely. Wanted the best for us and worked around our budget. Highly recommend asking for her.
