I ordered a dress from dress afford and received confirmation. The delivery date came and went and no dress so I reached out to their customer service. I received no reply so reached out again. The second time I received no reply but the next day I got an automated email saying my order had been cancelled and thwy were refunding my money. I emailed to ask why and received no reply. By the time they cancelled my order I was just 3 weeks out from my event. So, while they did refund the money they left me in a major bind with no dress!!! I would NOT trust this company!!!!

I have ordered my wedding dress and it is due to be delivered Sunday yet not even been dispatched. I get married next week and now left with no dress and all emails are being ignored. Live chat doesn't work... I'm absolutely stressed and now can't financially afford a dress for my wedding day. This company has ruined my day

I ordered a custom size, and it fits great - just needs a tiny tweak at the back waist by a local tailor. Shipping was fast, and I liked getting the order updates.

They sent a pink dress instead of the blue I ordered and it was several inches longer than ordered. They are very responsive until you receive your item. Once I saw it was wrong I have reached out every day because you have 30 days to return it and now they won't respond back. You are supposed to have approval before sending it back to get your $ back but conveniently they don't respond.

Updated:they emailed me once I wrote this review stating they didn't get any of the other emails which I screenshot and sent to them.

I found the detailed descriptions, videos, and Q&A sections helpful for choosing my style. Plus, the prices are affordable, which kept me within my budget!

SUCH A RIP OFF! Dresses are made at the time of order in China. Came many weeks later in an oversized baggie looking like it was made by an 8th grade sewing class.

I am the idiot who ordered two sizes because I was not sure...The quality was poor and the sizes were all wrong.

I am NOT ABLE TO RETURN because the cost to do so is $350 - more than the cost of the two dresses.

One star is too much for this company. I received my dress yesterday. Don't think I have ever been so disappointed. First of all it was just crammed into a plastic zip lock bag, no company logo,no delivery note which seemed strange. The colour was totally different from what was ordered and the one I ordered seemed to have black embroidery, glass beads and silver sequence. The one I got has gold sequence and pearls. Because you have to pay shipping back to China it's hardly worth your while sending it back and I don't think I could trust them to do it. If you are looking for a nice dress, for whatever occasion, please don't get involved with this company. Chances are you won't get the nice dress you see on their website, it will be some cheap copy. I've spent most of the night looking for something else and I'm glad to say I have found a shop in town that has one I really like and I can go in, see it and try it on first. The dress I thought I was getting was lovely, such a pity it's not what I received. UPDATE you will see I was offered a refund but its only a partial refund and you have to pay shipping. Best to avoid.

Do.NOT order from dress afford. There are many websites to buy bridesmaid and wedding dresses. I made the mistake of buying from this one. The dresses are cheaper Then other sites but the pictures make the dress look much better than the actual product. 100 dollar dress and I paid 20 to ship it. I wanted to return it and I was willing to pay shipping but I didn't realize until I wanted to send it back that the return was to a province of china And the ups store told me it would be close to a hundred dollars to ship back. Therefore the only way to get Any money back was to donate?The dress to goodwill send them a picture of the receipt And they would give me 60% Of my money back. It is awful , do not order from them. If I could give zero stars, I would. This site is an absolute scam. I ordered a dress and paid for quick shipping to ensure it would arrive on time for my wedding. My dress never arrived. The shipping website with the tracking information has no contact or customer service option. The only thing that works on the website is the link to track. I think it’s a dummy site operated by Dress Afford to make customers believe their items have shipped. I honestly think they never even made my dress and nothing shipped to begin with and it was all a complete scam. The tracking site shows my dress was shipped to my area and it has just been getting scanned daily at the processing center in my state for more than three weeks. Dress Afford has been nearly impossible to get a response from. After 4 emails, I finally got a short response and they said they would not provide a refund since I ordered a custom size. They have ignored my repeated inquiries about their refund policy if a dress is never delivered.

The MOB dresses here are stylish, but since they're all polyester, they didn't meet my quality expectations. However, I ordered one for my mom, and she's happy. A great option for balancing style and price.
