Will use deceptive check out methods to think you are purchasing when you are actually subscribing

Avoid at all costs. They deceptively force you into a subscription without your knowledge, then they are rude about it when you tell them to cancel. Rubbish product too, you can get the sane product without the marketing and colours for a fraction of the price on amazon.

I've ordered this 3 weeks ago and it is still not been shipped even though they're confirmed it and I am still waiting on a response I've emailed them several times to find out where it is and no response.

It's a predatory business model where they don't give notice on renewing subscriptions and don't allow you to cancel subscriptions upon request.

You're forced through a 6+ questionnaire just to get to cancellation

Ridiculous company. As of writing this review my order has still not shipped out of their warehouse (they confirmed it) and I still cannot cancel it. I am offered 50% discount to still take it, which shows that they realize how silly this is. and then I have to wait for the item to actually ship AND THEN I CAN RETURN IT AT MY OWN COST FROM UK TO AUSTRALIA.

INSTEAD OF JUST CANCELLING THE ORDER!!!! SHAME.
