Horrendous - Total Scammers
Horrendous
Absolute scammers!
Booked via a 3rd party on a recent work trip to Belfast.
When I arrived at the desk I was asked to pay an additional charge for the car on top of the security deposit.
This was supposed to cover any damages.
Then when I returned the car in the same condition claimed it was damaged.
I showed the guy a photo and a video I took when I picked up the car, he refused to look at them said he saw damage.
They took half the deposit now so currently down almost £1k with no documentation, no evidence and no further communication.
Tried to call their customer service, automated message saying fill in this form and we will get back to you within 14 days.
I've never dealt with such a shady, untrust with company.
Do yourself a favour pay a bit more at a reputable company

Van Rental Review
I had a fantastic experience renting a van from Drivalia at Belfast International Airport. The process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Toni was incredibly helpful, providing excellent customer service and making sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend Drivalia for their professionalism and great service!

Painful
Another painful experience.
Say they are unable to take a £1500 payment from a debit card but can charge £50 per day for not having a credit card. No support provide from either the staff member or manager.

We hired a car with Drivalia at Belfast…
We hired a car with Drivalia at Belfast International Airport via Zest Car Rental. Everything went smoothly in line with the details on the voucher. We had a free upgrade as our booked car was not available. The car was excellent as was the service we received from the representative, Nick. We will use Drivalia again & have no hesitation in recommending them.

That's my 3rd time using drivalia. I used many different car rental companies all over Europe and this one is by far one of the best! Wouldn’t use anyone else.
This is the third time we have used Drivalia and couldn’t fault them at all .Tony was fantastic as usual, extremely courteous and he was very kind to give us an upgrade car which was a lovely surprise . We wouldn’t use anyone else when renting a car , 5 star service .

I will be honest they don’t even deserve one star nothing less though
I will be honest they don’t even deserve one star. I have had an ongoing complaint with this company since June when l arrived at Belfast airport to be told sorry we don’t have any cars for you we had booked and paid for 2 cars in March. The man was extremely rude and didn’t give a damn that we were not going to get the service we paid for and hung up. 5 hours later we finally managed to hire cars at an additional £1200 . The beginning of our holiday was ruined and l have truly never experienced such horrendous service. I wrote a review before and was asked to forward the invoice for Eurocar which l did. I have never had any resolution no apologies I’m out of pocket and l have 3 times put my case to customer services and never had any correspondence apart from we’ve received it. Absolutely appalling behaviour cannot believe that a company of this size can treat its customers so badly. Sharon
