Extremely good customer service
Extremely good customer service. I had an emergency flight to catch which takes off at 6am and have to be at the airport by 2am. I called the branch and they were really helpful to help me drop the car back out of hours.

Does what it says on the tin.
It’s a great car hire place and the pre registration really speeds things up - we upgraded as realised we needed a bit more space and the team were able to offer me a great car at a really good additional rate.
My ONLY small negative is that there is not a guaranteed shuttle service, it’s a super short walk away but when traveling with a baby this is challenging… With that said the guys on the phone made a plan for me!

Not so low cost and disgusting car
This company advertises the self as low cost, they charges us an additional 100£ to add my husband, then we're unhappy I took out a 3rd party insurance and tried to charge us 12£ a day and then the check in man told me because of that they took a £2000 deposit which would take 21 days to be returned. The car he gave us was dirty and all scratched up. Awful experience

We hired a Toyota Aygo for 7 weeks from…
We hired a Toyota Aygo for 7 weeks from the Bristol airport branch. The service we received was first class and a big thank you to Mila who checked the car back into the depot with a big smile and kind words. We will definitely use Drivalia again.

If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. Arrived after a delayed flight and having no luggage I went straight to the on airport agent but they had given the car I had booked and paid for to someone else as I was late! All this despite putting the flight number so they could track it being late. Very upsetting and meant I missed a wedding as I then had to wait for a taxi.

To ensure we can manage vehicle availability for all our customers, we adhere to the following policy:
Grace Period: We hold bookings for a maximum of 2 hours during branch opening hours. If you are going to be late, we ask that you notify the branch of your estimated arrival time.
Vehicle Hold: We can only hold a specific booked vehicle for a maximum of 1 hour past the booked collection time. After this point, clients may be offered an alternative vehicle category (subject to availability), and charges may apply.
Failure to Collect: Customers who fail to arrive on the day of collection are marked as a ‘No Show’ and charged up to 3 days rental. Please note that prepaid bookings are non-refundable.
If you require any further information regarding your booking or this process, please contact us through the Manage My Booking portal on the Drivalia.co.uk website.

Excellent staff at the desk. Recommend submitting their requested information before picking up. Car service excellent, quick and much cheaper than airport car hire firms. Handing car back was excellent and good service from Carlos.

Everything was great
Everything was great. Except that the car was 7/8 full of petrol. I had a long journey ahead so it would have been better to have started full . And it is very difficult to judge 7/8 when filling up. But that was only annoying thing. Car was great.
