I’m very disappointed with Drivella
I’m very disappointed with Drivella. It’s now been 24 days since I returned the van in perfect condition, yet the £1500 hold remains on my credit card. The garage staff were helpful, but Drivella told me to wait 30 days—if the hold still isn’t released, they say it’s my responsibility to contact my credit card company and try to get the hold removed. This is not my job, and I don’t find this acceptable. I would avoid

Easy rental experience
