As many, many customers have said on this site, do not use these scammers. They are an absolute rip off. How they ever got recommended by booking.com, I do not know. They are scammers of the highest order. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. I booked on 12th, heard nothing until 13th, then you have to provide all your details- DVLA check codes, bank details ,credit card details, utility statement, passport, driving license, everything about you, and then ,when you've done that they demand £1,500 that they keep ringing and ringing you for. I did not have my credit card with me so could not submit those details, (thankfully) then 24 hours before I'm due to pick up the car, I can't because they are demanding more and more very personal information and more payments. They are scammers. You will lose what you paid and more because what they ask you to do within 24 hours is outside their cancellation period, so by the time you realise you've been scammed it is too late, You've lost your money. Never, ever use this company they are absolutely terrible. How anyone gives them a 5 star review is incredible. They are absolutely criminals. I've rented cars for 40 years, and these people are totally the worst. They will take your money but you will not get a car. I've wasted over 7 hours trying to meet their demands to hire a car, for goodness sake, and got zero. Nothing.. and will now miss my mother's 80th birthday. Do not use these people. your worst nightmare, realised.
