Where to begin. Well, I needed a car fast and these guys approved me quickly so I figured it was my best option. Not only am I having issues it was also sold to me at a price that was much too high but like I said I was in need of a car fast so I sucked it up and made the purchase. I really wish I would have purchased a vehicle somewhere else... First off they sold me a car with no oil in it. After about 2 weeks of owning it the oil light came on and when I checked the oil dip stick it did not register any oil on the stick. 3 months or so later when I took it for an oil change the mechanic told me there is a severe oil leak. They put some oil leak stop fluid in but that didn't solve the issue. That's problem number one. Now the battery is bad after only a few months of ownership I have to dish out $300 for a new battery.. the check engine light keeps coming on and going out after a couple days. This has happened several times since I bought the car. I had called the dealership in Allentown and spoke to a salesperson and told me they couldn't do anything about it and This was only 2 weeks after I made the purchase.

I see that they have a 4.2 star rating.. not really sure how they got that.. hopefully other people who spent their hard earned money on a vehicle got a more reliable, solid car than what I was sold. I really hope that is the case. My car is a 2018 Hyundai sonata black in color. I know I should prob call the dealership again but I do not have any confidence that they would even care about my issues so don't want to waste my valuable time..

If you ask me my honest opinion about purchasing a vehicle from drive time I would have to strongly recommend you do not. Again, maybe my experience is not like others but if my car was sold to me with no oil and a bad battery and a check engine light that keeps coming on I seriously doubt they performed any maintenance on this or any other vehicles they sell.

Great experience from start to finish. Did lots of research on the vehicles I was interested in and finally had time to stop in. A quick phone call prior to coming with Brian answers all my questions. Couldn’t be happier with the experience, very easy, very friendly staff with zero pressure

The tire pressure monitoring system warning light came on less than 7 hours from when I drove it off the lot. Super pissed. They didn’t even apologize when I contacted them; they just gave me the 800 number for the warranty place.

Dylan from drivetime allentown location was excellent! He was so kind and understanding and really helped me so much. Thanks to him I was able to get my dream car for me and my kids.

It was painless. Brian was very helpful explained everything well and wasn't pushy. The only thing that bothered me was I was looking at a catilac and wanted it while I test drove it someone put a hold on it from another store and I couldn't get it which upset me because it was exactly what I wanted so I did have to settle with the car I bought which is a nice car and I like it but I really liked the other so much more

Beyond unprofessional.

I spoke with Angel via text which he provided me with my "set terms" I asked him 3 times if this is final, is there a possibility of the terms changing. He said "No, they are locked in." I drove an hr, left work early, and couldn't pick my son up from school he the "30 mins of me signing, paying and leaving" turned into over an hr. and my down payment which was "locked in" went from $745 to $3,999!!!!! The "assistant manager" who was helping me, thought the entire thing was a joke, and kept laughing and trying to make light of the situation. He even said, " I guess this is a learning lesson". He sat there and had me even change over my insurance to the car I thought I was approved for, WHICH I NEVER WAS! Thank God I went to a legit dealership and got an honest and legit deal. Stay away from this place.

Bought my 1st vehicle through drivetime on 04/08/24 after reading all the reviews and doing my own research on Drivetime, I decided to try Drivetime. Getting my terms was easy to complete,and when I found the vehicle I wanted putting it on hold was very easy to do.
When I went to the Allentown,Pa dealership I dealt with Jalal Blal, he was very pleasant to work with, all questions that I had were dealt with openly and honestly, very smooth transaction. The dealership was clean and well organized. Looking forward to getting a lot of years out of my 2018 Kia Sportage.

This was the best car buying experience of my life. No back and forth with number or down payment. When I signed up with driveline and gave them my information it told me my down payment and my monthly payment right away. All I had to do is come into the office and fill out paperwork and in less then 2 hours I walked out with a car.

We had a great experience. It was EXACTLY what was promoted. We walked in for our appointment. We were greeted with Friendly associates. We viewed the vehicle we shown interest in online, and another while there. The sales man was NOT pushy, he gave us space, did not push for higher ticketed items or other vehicles. He listened to what we wanted, liked, and looking to spend. He made the process the simplest car shopping I have EVER done! We will definitely return when the time comes again. I recommend to EVERYONE!

I just brought a vehicle from this company, in March 2023. 2015 Gmc acadia, VIN # 1GKRRKD0FJ117040, the first month radio was making popping sound then it blew, thought it was a fuse, called silver rock not covered, the amp blew , then engine light comes on and off took it to Firestone, the problem was not present, intermittent they couldn't find anything at the time. then 8 months later remote start starter not working, then driving home from work shut car off, engine would not shut off car , keep running, overnight, for hours.
took to Firestone, they said they couldn't handle it. Take it to the dealer. ABELOFF GMC 1167 N 9TH EASTSTROUDSBURG, Gmc. 2015 acadia slt . Gmc after testing car , said water 💧 was leaking FOR A WHILE , into back rear driver side light, front headlight driver side, and the dashboard, steering wheel ignition switch and column, is taking in water 💧. Shorted out , Radio, ignition and dashboard area . ETC cost is over $4 0r $5 thousand dollars. Their denied the claim. This company and the bank can come and pick up this lemon. IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, This is a horrible service and I will not be treated like this. " BOTH PARTIES " You will be notified about this. I WAS JUST NOTIFIED BY EMAIL. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. for me to pay this is a major issue this problem happened over time, the components started rusting long before I took it to Gmc ,and old Water stains...etc.

i bought a car back in January and i’m still having problems with the car first it was the transfer case then the front axles. now the engine went having a used motor put in now the are telling me that the catylic converter is bad and silver rock will not honor it. the car has been in the shop about 12 weeks since i had it right now i have anout $2200 in rental fees and the only cover up to $300 what a joke i’m a senior citizen on a fixed income and can’t get my car back. DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVETIME they are a rip off

Worst car dealership out there! Do not Do not go here! They sell lemons, I’ve had my damn escape since January 2023 and it’s been in the shop twice for work, their warranty company they deal with is a joke, don’t pay extra money for their warranty when they don’t cover half the crap they say they do! I will be getting a lawyer tomorrow. Good luck drivetime! Scumbags
