Don't get me wrong. The staff was like and made me feel important but..... the process was horrible. At last second as i had keys in hand, both the sales associate and myself noticed a screw in the middle of the left front tire. As it was 6:45pm, they had to move quick. The dealership called me and said they had bad news. The car could not be sold in that condition. I came from Squaw Valley and Clovis to get a driver to bring one vehicle back, only to leave with nothing. I had to sign papers jacking me out of the deal and that was it. I received a call the next day to come get my new vehicle and that o needed to allow enough time to go through the entire car buying experience again. Albeit a faster than before time, it was still taxing on my patients. Worst buying experience of anything in my entire adult life.

They were both professional, patient, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything went smoothly with my purchase. I really felt like they went the extra mile to get me into the right car without any of the usual dealership stress. If you’re heading here, definitely ask for them they’ll take care of you!
