I bought this 2017 Kia Sportage on 1/23/24. At first it seemed to be a good used car. Two weeks later it started making a noise we couldn't put our fingers on but it soon stopped. Then 6 months later, it stopped and had to be towed. My husband had to put an alternator on and it started running great. Two weeks later it stopped again. We replaced the alternator but also had to buy a new battery. A month later had to put a key switch on and yes another battery because the bad alternator damaged that battery. I have had this car towed 4 times including today. We only have the one car. My husband had to miss working today to get this "lemon" back home. I called customer service and was told I needed to take it to one of the repair shops. I don't know how when the idiot car isn't running. Then I was told they don't cover engine parts. Seriously! I asked if I could exchange it for another car since by now I've put over a thousand dollars into it but was told I needed to bring it in to see how much they could appraise it for but if it was less than I owed they COULD NOT TAKE IT BACK! The lady told me I could take it to another dealership to see I could trade it. I will NEVER, EVER buy a car from this place again. The TV ads make them sound like they really care about you but all they care about is your money.

Best car buying experience that I've ever had! No haggling, no pushy sales people. My credit is not good at all and they still got me approved quickly with zero down and put me in a car that I love! My salesman Chris, was absolutely awesome! Such a nice guy!

They sale you a older car for the price of a new one. Then they try to get more money then y'all agreed on. Go to MTN 153 across from them. Newer cars and a better price. Used but trustworthy!

Jeffery was very helpful and kind. He made things easy and we found a car we really like. Ariel was also helpful in the purchasing process.

I bought my vehicle on February 5th, 2024 on February 9th, 2024. My check engine light came on for a bad O2 sensor and catalytic converter. Today February 14th, 2024. I pay one thousand dollars because the brake pads and rotors were completely shot, along with the air filter beyond “just dirty” and required an oil change because it was overdue for one. Explain to me how you pay for a vehicle that undergoes an “inspection” and none of this was caught or at the very least mentioned?!

Ariel was such a delight to work with. She took me through each step. I had any questions. She didn’t hesitate to answer. She really treats you like she has known you for years. Very happy customer

Chris was very knowledgeable about the inventory and all the extras available to me so your employee. Knowing his job.2020 I bought a Kia Sorento it took 8 hrs so the 2 hrs at dive time was outstanding to me

Needs better communication and finalizing paperwork before exchanging money and cars.

On 4/11 I got a 2020 Kia optima on 4/13 it quit running. I was left on the side of the road. I called drivetime where I purchased the car. A lady named Airelle answered she must really hate her job! One of the rudest people ever! I was told it was my responsibility to get it towed back to their lot. Sliver rock services said they didn’t help because I wasn’t keeping the vehicle and making a claim on it. So $1000 down and $345 tow bill. My opinion was wait 10-14 days to get my down payment back or pick a different car. No help no curiosity they acted like it was my fault. The sales lady Danielle. Stated it wasn’t their fault she couldn’t help me nor was there manger I could speak with. She wasn’t allowed to give me corporate number to talk with. But they sale used cars and things happen. I understand that things happen, but you would think that it wouldn’t happen within 48 hours of purchasing it and they would be more willing to help you and make you satisfied as a customer then just giving you the cold shoulder. Not willing to help you at all and making you feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend them if I could give a negative five stars, I would!! rant over!!

Great experience, friendly staff, very helpful and understanding. KD, April, and Christine were amazing and very patient. These employees stayed late and were always courteous and friendly the entire time of our purchase.

Danielle was an phenomenal sales person. She was very helpful and very accommodating to my son and I. She helped me with a trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend going and see Danielle with your next vehicle purchase.

Everything about the purchase and Finding a new car was effortless. The only thing that I could think of could be an issue was the drive route while driving said vehicle was a 40 mile per hour Max and upon leaving when I had to get on the Interstate I noticed the vehicle Had some some vibrations over 65. To the point I needed to keep it under 65 or it consisted. Need to know if that's bad tires or alignment and balancing or just need to Have their test route on the highway.
