Clay is 1000% the definition of excellent customer service

The service there is great!

Great experience! Really patience and great selections! Was able to find the perfect suv for me and my family! Adrian and Willie added to the comfort and joy very funny and understanding of my unique situation! Allowed the vehicle to choose me and I’m forever grateful!

Will never go there again or recommend them to anyone, got a vehicle from them, first they only have a 3 day return but the vehicle broke down on me on day 31. Called them took it to the shop they told me too, then they say it’s not covered under the warranty and had to pay 1000 in repairs for a car I haven’t even made the first payment on yet. Straight lemon.

Horrible customer service.. I live in Columbus Ga. The first time I applied with Drivetime -I was approved online for the down payment and monthly payment but then it changed to a much higher amount once I got in the store. I didn’t purchase at that time in December 2024. I again applied at the end of January and I was given another approval and invited to the office with an appt to complete the sale. A few days later, I arrived to my appt slightly late and after checking in, I waited an hour. I was never acknowledged or greated by my salesperson Willie. I had to leave after waiting so long. I then rescheduled for the next appt. When I arrived at this appt l, I was checked in again and then the long wait started again, even though I arrived timely on this appt. After waiting for some time, I walked to the lot to look at cars.. Finally, I got to inquire about two cars with the salesperson Willie when I discovered the one I originally inquired about had a botched paint job. . I then completed some forms. It took another long wait to be able to finally test drive a vehicle. As mentioned, the original one was a repainted vehicle that had a bad paint job, so I wasn’t interested , the second vehicle that I tried smelled like smoke and I could not drive that one due to the smell, and finally inquired about a third vehicle. Finally after an hour and a half- I drove this car and it was a nice vehicle that I was very interested in. By this time, it was getting close to closing time..
I expressed my interest in the 2019 Ford fiesta. At approximately 10 minutes prior to closing the sales person Willie came back and told me that they would need a little longer to process my information and he asked me for some additional information to “verify me”. His question just prior to this was - would I be ready to make a decision today? And I replied yes. Two days later after giving them all my personal info I’ve never heard one thing back from this company. I have not heard from the salesperson or anyone else to follow up on my visit or purchase. I went online and got approved and now am making my purchase with Carvana within hours. Lesson, Do not waste your time with such an unprofessional company such as this one.

Anna Scott!!! She was amazing and professional providing premiere customer service. Anna unexpectedly called me and had me set up and ready to go. Now the Sales area needs some help. The Sales room needed some cleaning and the mens restroom was horribly disgusting. Urine and boogers were pasted to the walls and wasn't cleaned four days later when I went back to the dealership.

I purchased my car yesterday 2/20/23. It is a ‘14 Ford Fusion with some “Bells & Whistles “ so to speak. After getting it & 2 hours while driving my check engine light came on & I was like “Oh S**t”. I called drive time & they said to take it to pep boys. I came home & my husband plugged in his computer diagnostics thingy & it said it was the turbo booster being undercharged. I took it to pep boys this morning & they said it was the sensor of the turbo booster no being plugged in all the way. They test drove it & everything is great & no additional issues. I picked it up & it runs like a dream. I actually love my car even tho it’s 9 yrs old and has a little over 100,000 miles on it. My car salesman Willie with the Columbus Ga dealership was amazing. I didn’t have a down payment & my monthly payments are pretty good. I will definitely recommend Drivetime to all my friends & family.

I realized that while I was driving my car home that the windshield had a crack where the sticker was!! Overall they were helpful but I took it back within my 5 days

We were very pleased with our experience. Our sales woman was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.
