DriveTime Car Sales - Downey レビュー 

Less then one month from getting this car from DriveTime in Downey, CA..... I've had so many issues and the issues continue without help. I'm a single mom. I've had emergencies and without a vehicle makes it harder for me to get around and money I can't keep spending. Why do you sell lemons to people in need? Having to spend thousands on a car I literally just got and still having to make payments is completely unfair and so disgusting that you would take advantage of people.

The Representative Edwin was very friendly, well informed on insurance companies, he's negotiating was ON POINT.

Buyer Beware Do not purchase from them. Car broke down Warning Engine Malfunction Power Reduce Service Now! Do Not Drive! 30 days after purchasing car, Barely drove it. Spark Plugs need to be replaced. Guarantee what happens after you purchase will not be covered under your warranty. They are nice and welcoming until you purchase. They are scammers!!! SCAMMERS!!!

It was a great experience. From the moment of arrival...Edwin was courteous. Helping me to choose what vehicle was best for me, work with me through the whole process...from beginning to end...to when he gave me the keys to my car.

The sales people were very nice and very helpful. It wasn't that bad of a wait, took a couple of hours and we were out the door in a vehicle that we like very much. I will recommend friends.

I had the best experience financing my car with DriveTime. Joe at the Torrance location did an excellent job of running my info, collecting all documents needed and getting me setup to see the vehicle I wanted at the Downey location. Once I arrived at the Downey location Edwin finalized the deal with fast and knowledgeable service. Couldn’t ask for more except for maybe a bigger selection of cars. But all in all I’m very happy with my purchase!

The process was very easy, you pick your car, pick your down payment amount, sign your contract and drive off the lot its that simply. This was my first time purchasing a car at a dealership

Do not repeat do not but a car from this company literally had the car for 2 months and I have a $600 bill and they are saying I’m on my own 2 months they are not doing any inspections on those cars how would this happen if this was the case

Brandy was not helpful she had the robot voice on and she is in customer relations
Is this how you treat customer signing up for a 6 year contract paying a car note wbi weekly I have 3 kids I came because you said you have reliable cars and this in not the case

Safety for a person who knows writing is safe adds more to their things and allows others to see, and read. Others will always take into consideration that communication is key to love because even with touch you still have to be able to know when you’re too onto a thing and when you’re being told by it that you’re too now just focus on one. Improving for me would be that you prove you will have the fight to fight for what people fight, which is misunderstanding words and movement with that’s what I would be…… yes but no something is not to where I would of faster instead of slower.

The car I wanted was at the price and down payment that I could work in my budget!! The representative that assisted me with purchase was quick to review submitted documents and made the process quick and easy!! I’m completely satisfied!!
