IF YOU BUY FROM HERE...GET YOUR CAR…
IF YOU BUY FROM HERE...GET YOUR CAR CHECKED WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK!!! While the customer service at the Indy location was exceptional, the vehicle I purchased is not. Day 3 of me having my vehicle, things took a turn for the worse. 2.5 months in I have now been in the shop 5 times, and there has been a LOT of work done on the car. One of which is an issue in the braking system (which was taken in right after I purchased the car and was not properly fixed the first, second, third, OR fourth time) They have covered most everything that has been fixed on the car, but having to worry if my vehicle is going to break down on me, having to take time out of work, and having to talk back and forth with them about the issues on multiple occasions, is insane. When the vehicles inner tie rod is bad on day 3 of the purchase and then the control arm is messed up, and water pump and timing chain and ALL brakes, it's just crazy and there is NO WAY a proper inspection was completed. Now that I am past the 30 days (but still dealing with some of the same issues) I can't trade in and I am stuck with hoping another item doesn't go bad!

The salesman, Mr Miller was great. He was very informative and listened to what I wanted in the car. I also appreciate Ryan, who was the first person that greeted us when we came in. On a whole. I was very impressed with the whole car buying experience.

Taking entirely too long to give me the…
Taking entirely too long to give me the vehicle I have already paid for. I had an out of state cosigner, and was told the physical paperwork needed to ve mailed to the location I purchased my vehicle from.
The mail was delayed, but there is a tracking number, and the package came from your own company. I have no idea why the package being in the mail is not sufficient. I don't like the way you guys do business, and I can't wait for this process to be over.

If I could leave a 0 review I absolutely would. The whole car buying experience was a crap show with Drive time. The most unorganized car lot I have ever been to. Not to mention, the bank they use is an absolute joke. They are not even a bank in my opinion. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME........WE DID NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE FOOLS......WE WENT TO ENTERPRISE and was treated like a King and Queen!!

What made my experience great was when a problem happened it was taken care of right away. I was able to pick another car I am happy with. Rod and the team on Shadeland Ave we're fantastic. Friendly, warm, and did not rush anything. I recommend them for the best customer service when you need a car.

This is NOT a solicited review!! My experience with Andrew and Richard at Drivetime East in Indy was seamless and amazing. I really felt the process was too good to be true but it wasnt! Richard even deleted the old phones connected to by bluetooth radio and hooked mine up. I have honestly purchased a vehicle I truly love and couldnt be more happy with the entire experience. I have searched for a car since October…
I have searched for a car since October last year. My credit wasn't the best and I have gave up hope. I went to Drive Time and Bryan was very honest, open and very helpful. I was able to purchase a vehicle on my own with Bryan and the management's help. I am so very happy and would recommend that location to anyone. Thank you for no hassle or feel like I am being sold... it was a easy process!!!
