Awesome place; everyone was friendly and explained in detail about the process, and yes, I set my own terms and got those terms. The whole process took 40 minutes. Victoria Adams was our sales adviser she made it easy and she was friendly and respectful.

They said 99 percent approval but with zero down but the cheapest car was almost 4000 down

I wanted to purchase a car it was nice. But they told me they asked me rather if I wanted to drive train protection the rental car reimbursement the transmission covered and I explained to them that I have a service for that then they told me my payments will be $440 because I didn't want automatic pay coming out of my account. When I went on Bridgecrest website I said it was $538! That's not what we agreed upon then he told me that once I drop all of that off of my account they would lower my payment when i. When I called Bridgecrest they said they could take it off but my payments will stay the same that's not what I agreed upon so in my opinion, the dealership lied to me. And the representative there they can't do anything about it so yes I'm giving it one star review! If I could give a lower one I would stay away from the drive time in Taylor Michigan on Telegraph Road!
