DriveTime Car Sales - Fort Myers レビュー 

On 2-22-2025 My Daughter and I went to Drive Time with the hopes of doing Good and honest business. We were sold a 2017 Nissan Altima SV with 91, 000 miles for over $29,000- The car is only worth $8-10,000. My daughter had to replace the battery, change the fluids and fix the axels etc.. because Drive time didn't make sure the car was complete before making the sale. Purely bad business on Drive Time behalf. Now, that the car is more of a headache than an asset, a year later, No dealer ship will take the car as an trade-in because the car is too old and has over 100,000 miles etc...Drive time scammed us and have the nerve to say There's nothing they can do; after the scammed is made. I would not recommend my worse enemy to come to this place of business , for it is Bad Business and they are not honest. They pretend they are helping. Yet, over pricing is their Motto. False advertisement and lies. Big time regret...and super SAD

It was a little long but that was the insurance company. Went better than expected. Paid more than I wanted but. Got a car regardless! Staff are helpful! Service was excellent.

Team was very friendly offering something to drink. Welcoming as soon as I came in. Worked very hard to get payments affordable. Definitely will send my family and friends there.

We just got a car this Friday and how about this car stop working and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere with my kids the car did not want to turn on nor didn’t wanna do anything so now we have to find a way to take them the car because they don’t want to help us with it smh

Due to a serious auto accident that my family was involved in, there was tremendous fall out to our credit and financial picture. We attempted to get financing from many different traditional dealerships for a second vehicle and were faced with the need for a several thousand dollar down payment with each. It was disappointment and discouragement at every turn. I found out about DriveTime and the experience was amazing from start to finish. We applied and received an approval on-line. With the approval, we were given a minimum down payment requirement (ours was not even $200.00) and a choice of hundreds of vehicles to look through online. We choose to handle processing of the documentation transactions virtually. We simply had to upload a utility bill (verifying address,) bank statements (proof of income) and insurance coverage. We made an appointment, arrived to the dealership and our experience was excellent. First and foremost, we were treated with respect. DriveTime is a no haggle dealership and since we knew, prior to arriving, what we qualified for, there was no disappointment or waste of time. There were several cars that we were interested in and (upon our request) our Sales Manager, Ryan ~ who was great, showed us all the available vehicles in a down payment range that we were comfortable with, to assure we were aware of all of our options. We narrowed the options down and decided to test drive four different vehicles and without any pressure, made our own decision, signed off on the contracts and drove home in our like new (used) vehicle! The down payment was next to nothing (for our specific scenario) and the monthly payments are more than manageable. To be honest, initially, I felt a bit embarrassed and wondered if we were going to be condescend to or looked down upon by resorting to this dealership for our vehicle financing needs and was very pleasantly surprised to be faced with the absolute opposite! Every employee we saw, in passing, was pleasant and as previously mentioned, Ryan, the gentleman who worked with us and his manager as well, were nothing but respectful, patient and super helpful. Financial restraints, compromised credit, etc., or not, I would absolutely recommend DriveTime to anyone looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle for a streamlined, informed, easy experience.

Fast easy no hassle will be going thro them for now on

Had inquired information, on how getting into a newer vehicle, got set up with George Cochran, within two hours of closed he got me into a great 2018” ford escape and we couldn’t be any happier with their fast helpful response to my needs! Was a great experience I’d recommend my family and friends! And due future business when the time is needed!

Driverime says they finance 99.9% of people. Well I fell into the .1% because I drive for Uber. They’ll finance no credit bad credit people in bankruptcy but not someone that made $89k on paper last year and on pace for more this year. I was told it’s because you can stop driving at any time. Can’t you quit any job at any time? Also the income could go down. How is this different than anyone in the restaurant business? They can buy houses and cars and that income isn’t guaranteed. Could go down at any time. Oh well. Have to try someone else.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! The down payment was lower than expected and I was in and out faster than I've been anywhere else.

The process was easy and quick. Brad and Ryan explained everything and I never felt pressured like in other car dealerships.
