Pablo Was very pleasant and made our purchasing of our vehicle very smooth.

Our experience with Drivetime was great. We have been trying to purchase a car since our family has grown by two kids in the past year. My husband was informed by a co-worker about how drive time works, so he decided to initiate the process. We drove in on a Saturday to the Fresno location and wanted to trade in my car for an SUV. Unfortunately, there wasn't a lot of options, but I checked online prior to walking in and knew what I wanted. Pablo was able to help us throughout the process in getting the vehicle reserved at the Montclair location. We did all the paperwork with Pablo at the Fresno location and once completed we drove out to Montclair which was about a 4 hour drive and met with Sophie who had the vehicle ready as soon as we drove in. She let us test drive it, was patient with us because we had our two toddlers who were already fussy from the trip, and finished the paperwork and had us out the door in our new vehicle before 7pm. Pablo and Sophie were amazing and would definitely recommend DriveTime as well as Pablo and Sophie. We have been driving this vehicle for about two weeks now and were loving it even our toddlers. :)

Customer service at drivetime in Fresno,CA is beyond amazing. Armando helped me get the car I wanted and had patience with the issues I was coming across I highly recommend DriveTime.. More than anything go to Armando he will get you on the road!!!

I wasn’t able to ‘test drive’ any vehicles at the Fresno location because I have a breathalyzer so the salesman had to drive the car for me & I had to go based on his opinion about how the car drove while I was sitting in the passenger seat. I got my breathalyzer put into this new car from my old car I was trading in as I decided to go with his opinion and once I had it in and I was able to drive it i immediately noticed a shifting problem so I knew it was the transmission. I called the Fresno location to let them know and all they could do was point me to call silver Rock. I paid $300 to put the device into this car which I never got to drive and if I wanted to switch back to my car I traded in I would have to pay another $300 to do so. Anywho I took the car to Nissan the manufacturer the next day to have it tested out and sure enough it has issues. Not sure how they could sell cars like that but not a happy customer at all

I had an awesome experience for my first time buying a car at a dealership. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVETIME, The sell LEMONS. They say they do a 20 point check on car before it goes on Floor, NOT the do not

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Pablo was amazing.. good quality cars to choose from and even a nice warranty. A blinker light was out and they fixed it before I pulled off the lot. Will definitely purchase my next car from them.

Buyer beware!! Drove 4 cars with drivetime in Fresno helping my son buy a car. He ended up buying a car on the way home the car had mechanical issues. I called silver rock made a report went and had the car checked out it had many many things wrong with the car on day 4 I took the keys back to drivetime looked at another car there was some issues I didn’t feel comfortable with so I drove it it again had mechanical issues! These issues had to do with breaks/ drive line/ struts and rotors etc I was not about to let my son buy a car that’s worth maybe 17,000 at a apr of 22% making the buy over 44k it’s ridiculous for a first time buy with this many problems!! Signed all papers to get refund for the $1000 we put down as a down payment! Apparently now it takes 7-10 days and then we have to go pick it up at the dealer… this is not my first time buying a car!! I definitely DO NOT recommend this place!

Pablo worked hard to get me into a car because he understood that I needed a vehicle before starting back to work the following Monday. My only negative was that the car I originally wanted had not been inspected prior to me test driving and when we took it for a drive there was a somewhat minor issue and then a major issue with the computer of the car and it would take weeks for it to be repaired. However I was able to purchase another vehicle for less money than the original one and he went through the whole process all over again. I've had my car for about 24 hours now and so far so good. In a few years when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle I would purchase from him again.

This was the easiest purchase I've ever made. The website was extremely easy to use. Staff in Fresno Ca are very Friendly and Professional.
