I am in love with my new car. I have been shopping for about 7 months to find the perfect fit. I came in to the dealership after finding my 2018 Ford Edge on the website, still unsure if this was the vehicle for me. George was patient but quick, no pressure, no stress. Went for a test drive and when I came back I told him yes. 15 minutes later I owned my car. Easiest dealership I have ever worked with.

Charles was a great sales person. He really made me felt happy and was very supportive and helping me with my decisions. I had bad times with dealerships but for the first time I felt like someone actually cared and helped me. Thank you Charles for your service and help me pick a vehicle.

My experience at drive time in Glen burnie was awesome…It started with a conversation over the Phone with store Manager Oliver … I was coming at him hard with questions an he was patient and calm ..,, because I saw so many horror story and reviews ….he said I can’t speak for anyone else but you would just have to come here and see for yourself…so I did the next day I was greeted buy a lovely receptionist I forgot her name but she was really pleasant…she asked if I wanted tea Coffee or water and informed me linette
Will assist me… She said oh you spoke to our boss he told us all about you and that we need to make sure we take care of you lol
They were really nice Linette was awesome soft spoken and knew her ish….. I left out there with a beautiful Nissan rouge with only 68,000 miles even though my credit was terrible… Drive Time is truly the car dealership of second chances… I’m not gonna lie but my APR IS A LITTLE HIGH … but that’s because of my credit score in 6 to 12 months consecutive on time payments lol refinance and lower that …. Drive Time Glen Burnie y’all all are rockstars !!!!!

My experience at the location was awesome, BUT I just brought the vehicle on Monday and Thursday night my car wouldn't start. So when I called Drivetime I was told they are not mechanics and to call the warranty. She didn't even care! Was i sold a lemon?

Horrible customer service! My van has spent more time in shops than it has been on the road! I have had to put a new transmission in it, a new water pump, my rear Door just stopped working and I am currently hour 6 into fixing it. I have had to use a tow on 3 separate occasions. I call drive time and what do they say? If it is covered by your warranty we can help you. Seriously? If I had had nonstop problems with the vehicle I pay $600 a month for you think I would get a swap or my van fixed the right way 1 time! Absolutely ridiculous! I will personally prevent anyone from buying a car from drive time.

George!!! He was patient, funny, and personable. My purchase was smooth. I was nervous but in and out. I highly recommend everyone go see GEORGE!!! I truly appreciate the knowledge he gave and made me feel at ease and said you want to leave with a car today? I said yes he said ok let’s do it! Thank you!!

Selling cars that should not pass inspection. I was told that about my car I bought 10 days ago of which it’s been in the shop for all but 4. New motor water pump vvt solenoid now shocks struts new engine. What a joke don’t trust it
