DriveTime Car Sales - Greenville-South Carolina レビュー 

My son bought a car about three weeks ago. Came to visit me from Greenville sc to Anderson sc. by the time he got to my house he had an oil leak. We put oil and he went home. He called the dealership and was to take it to the service company they use. He did today. They want Almost $1400.00 for repairs not covered in warranty. Please tell me there is someone that can help. 2020 vehicles cost almost $17000.00 dollars and is just a big piece of metal that doesn’t work.

The salesman Joe was very nice and helpful. The process took a lot longer than I was told on line. I was there for 4 hours. I am happy with my purchase and the selections were very good.

I went to get a car and nobody Ewven acknowledged that I was there we waited for 30 - 40 mins then left .only one customer there at the time . I was told on the internet that I was approved for a car but had to come in for more information needed ..but I was ignored. Worst place to get a car customer service is horrible ..I would not recommend this place to anyone and I'm an Evangelist.

Willie White was very helpful, courteous and patient. We answered all of my questions.

Bought a 2013 Hyundai. The next day had and still has trouble, they said they had no other car to transfer to. So they sent us to a service station and never replied back to service station so we still have a jacked up car.

I bought a car in Greenville, SC. I called within my 5 days to return car and get my money back. I was given the run around by the dealership and the finace company. By this time I am outside the 5 days and now they decided to help me and take the car back but I will not get my deposit back. The people at the dealership are so RUDE. I do not recommend Drivetime at all.

We did the application online so the whole process was simple, smooth and pretty quick. Joe helped us at the Greenville location and he was professional and explained each step very thoroughly.

Exactly what was quoted to me online is the deal I received. Fast turnaround time. It didn't take 4 hours to make the deal but they had me out in under an hour. Fair price point and payment plan. Excellent service.

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage 2019 from this dealership and unfortunately, my new car experience has been marred by the fact that the dealership did not take care of the recalls before selling it to customers. This oversight has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the safety of the vehicle I just invested in. It's disheartening to think that the dealership would prioritize their profit over the well-being of their customers. I strongly urge the dealership to prioritize recall repairs and ensure the safety of their customers before selling any vehicles in the future. This experience has definitely left a negative impression on what should have been an exciting and positive moment. Now I have to deal with the Kia-Hyundai dealership in my town to see if I have good luck with the recalls. one of the recalls that really concern me is the fact that the GDI engine can burst into flames. WOW
