Allan was great! He spent several hours with us ensuring that the paperwork was good and that we understood the car! We first met the manager and he ensured that we were matched with a great salesperson!

Tony took great care of me and hooked me up! Kevin and Debbie are also super helpful!

My Sales Rep was polite and knowledgeable.

I would give the complete staff 10/10 highly recommend because each and every staff member is very dedicated to their job and the store manager is very out going and always go above and beyond to any and everyone who walks through that door

It was busy and the visit was a little long, but Shaun made sure I had everything, he was well spoken, very friendly and to the point. Other than the long visit, it was a great one.

I appreciated Allen for his hard work to get me into my vehicle. But I really appreciated Shaun who put me in a new vehicle. He was very patient and made sure all the controls on the vehicle worked before I left even though they were about to close Shaun made sure that I was happy with my vehicle and I understood my paperwork. Good teamwork by Allan and Shaun great communication played a key part in transitioning me into the best vehicle for me.

i did a lot of online research, and given that my credit is't really fantastic I looked for places that help people in that situation. Originally I talked to Steve, but he was busy when I got there. So we worked with Allen. And he was FANTASTIC!! He definitely earned his way on this one; we originally wanted a particular vehicle but ended up test driving like six of them before we found the one we really wanted. Allen was SO great, and he made the whole experience for us!! Thanks, Allen, we appreicate you!!

Experience to get a vehicle was pretty easy. But that is the best thing I’m able to say about DriveTime. Less than 24hrs later my husband goes to drop off kids at daycare before work and the car breaks down. Yes with our baby in the car. Completely unsafe. Not to mention is was 30degrees outside and the heat wasn’t working. We went through the check list before purchase. Checked out the carfax and felt this was a decision we could trust. We were wrong. We have been referred to a mechanic, however have not gotten our car back. It has been 4 days. If we decide to keep this vehicle, we will never purchase again. And no CUSTOMER SERVICE was not helpful and have not offered anything for this nightmare.

Shaun was really nice. He was professional, informative and patient with us and help us find the right vehicle.

Look we all know what we are getting ourselves into when we go to a place like DriveTime….our credit is less than favorable….but I’ll say this…I just bought a car from them and the sticker price was a couple thousand above what it should have been but the warranty covers next to nothing and you end up paying in the long run an absurd amount for a very used car. The staff are not knowledgeable in the slightest….the cars are very subpar….they didn’t even have an employee to clean the car…I test drove a vehicle that was obviously a flood car and they wouldn’t admit to it at all. I would not recommend unless you just had to do it…that was my case and I’ll get out from under this car as soon as my credit score improves….don’t waste your time unless it’s your only option

Jon, Allen, and Jonathan worked hard to find a safe vehicle for me that fit in my budget. They kept trying even when I was ready to give up
