Went to Langhorne PA location, test drove a car, gave my info to salesman Andre, followed up with phone calls, emails,etc and was ghosted. Called location to complain and was hung up on twice by very rude woman. STAY AWAY FROM DRIVE TIME!!

I would gave it five stars because the customer service was A plus but unfortunately the car I only had for two weeks is currently not working just a day before I’m going on vacation/Roadtrip 😔

The sales associates was professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Vincent and Josh was amazing! They made the experience very pleasant and comfortable.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My engine went in 60 days, and Silver Rock did not pay for it. The suv had a lot of water damage, could not get tire off to fix flat. It had rust from water damage. You're gonna pay 3 times what the car is worth.

Always another wasted trip. Told guys I still owed on car and they never said bank would not roll the amount in another car. Gonna save up and go to another dealer

Did everything online, I was very aware of how it worked as this was my second purchase with this company. Mena was my rep and he showed up with great attitude and answered all my questions.
