Major Repairs Needed Within a Year
Major Repairs Needed Within a Year - within less than a year of buying a car at this DriveTime, we had to put over $6,000.00 into the vehicle. The warranty that was sold (and promoted) was less than worthless, covering next to nothing wrong. I wrote to them and received NO RESPONSE. We were told DriveTime was a great place to buy a good car, but they are no better than all the used car dealers that everyone calls "shady" - they just appear better, more professional, etc. I will never buy another car, nor recommend them.

All our vehicles go through our inspection process which is backed by a Limited Warranty for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles. We also offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy, that allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. Cole was great. He helped me be able to find a car that I could afford and wouldn’t break the bank on the work commute. We’ve had a rough time with cars in the past 1-2 years but this was the easiest and most positive experience we’ve had thus far. Thanks so much!!
