Miguel was very friendly, patient and helpful. I came in with one vehicle in mind but left on something I’m loving.

I co signed a car for my sister then My truck broke down and I was told that if a person buys a car from drivetime they are only allowed to purchas 1 car no others.Seems off like they dont want repeat sales

My experience was amazing straight to the point. My only suggestion would be to give an option for payment to be month and not bi-weekly.

Very helpful and informative. My only issue is the tires weren’t updated, my tires popped shortly after leaving and I had to purchase 3 from discount tire. I tried to get in contact with the man who helped me get the car but he never called back. I would like to be refunded for the tires I purchased. Discount said that only one tire was new the other 3 were in terrible condition. Just wish I knew that before I agreed to the car

Mr. Willie was definitely a pleasure! He worked to get us a down payment lower than we expected and was amazingly patient. We rode out on some good wheels thanks to him.

Also, the AC worked very well and the restroom was very clean as well!

It was easy and fast. However I feel a little deceived. I put all my information in on the website. Got my quote. Go to the lot and..... double the down payment?! Like you portrayed it to be a choice of mine, of course you'll always take more, but what you do is dishonest and took more money from me, with only the choice to say yes or no.

My sales rep was perfect. Her hands were tied. She wants to make a sale, but there's really no reason for me to be spacial. You got people coming in hook, line, and sinker.

I'm glad I put away double. Too good to be true? Yep.

Bring double what they tell you online. It's a gimmick for 90% of us that need the kinda financing they give.

Lamonte and the team were very nice to me. He was able to walk me through the process and helped me get a car within my budget.
