Jarrison English did a good job,explained everything to well

Jarrison made it easy and fast time getting me into a new car. I was worried about getting a new car after bad experiences with previous car lots, but Jarrison made me feel calm and did an excellent job in explaining everything.

Our experience has been great and very helpful. I will definitely be recommending DriveTime to anyone in need of a new car. Jarrison helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Tyler, Steven, Marcel, & Quinton were very helpful. They walked me through the process very patiently. The location has a lot to choose from that are good cars. It would be better if you could look at more than 3 cars at a time, but I do get it that usually the first car you choose is the one that sets the standard of what you want & will typically buy (I bought my 2nd test drive though :-). Overall I would recommend as long as you deal with the more experienced agents.

Jordyen was very helpful and respectful he answered all of my questions even ones that I didn't know I was needing to ask I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome of today

Absolutely horrible experience! I purchased a vehicle in 2024 and had a great experience.

I went to buy a 2nd car after mine was totaled. They persuaded me to leave a deposit and told me to call if I changed my mind. I called and now I have to wait a week to get my money back. They told me I would have to wait for it to come in the mail. They also went up 700 on the down payment amount after they accepted the deposit. They are a joke!!

Jarrison was awesome and his singing voice is spot on. Bought a car from him and it was the smoothest process ever.

We got the pleasure of working with Nate. Nate was amazing. Made us feel welcomed. Honestly if he didnt tell us he was new and training, we would not have known.

My wife and I drove over an hour from HSV Al to Nashville to buy a car we saw online. We get there and they are not aware of our appointment. Nevertheless we drove the car and all was fine. We get back from the test drive and realize the seatbelt won’t retract.

The salesman attempts to fix and can’t. He calls his mgr out and he attempts to fix and can’t. They then tell me they will take it to their shop to have it fixed. The mgr says, “ it’ll be about 1-2 hours” so he suggests that we go get lunch to kill time. Mind you, we are 1.5 hours away from home and just had to ride around a city we are not familiar with. I also felt as though the mgr should have offered to buy our lunch.

Anyway, we get back and the seatbelt is not fixed even though they said it was.

So now we are told, they can’t sell it like it is (which we understand) and to give them a few days to get it fixed. Again, we drove an hour plus to get there now for basically nothing. Again, the manager offered no compensation. No gas, no free car wash, no discount, nothing.

We leave and end up coming back a few days later after they call us. Still nothing offered. We made the trip twice and they could care less.

Now we have the car and it’s basically terrible. The auxiliary battery is malfunctioning, the brake light assembly allowed water in and needs to be replaced at $1300, the tires on a car that we’ve had for a year need to be replaced, the air conditioner makes a horrible noise when on, (we bought it October and didn’t turn it on during test drive, that’s on me), also ive already had to replace the brakes. The headliner is also coming down. I’m sure theres more but thats all I can think of now.

Long story short; I will NEVER buy a car from them again or recommend them to my worst enemy.

Salesmen was helpful, “someone” was driving the vehicle as their personal vehicle, got pissy when we were doing the sale about having to clean it out. Then said no one’s available to clean it after he had be using it, left trash in the car, bed, asked if they could put fuel in it, had just a tick over 1/4 tank, was told can’t afford to put fuel in it. Asked if they could do an oil change. It sits past miles on sticker but the dash said 20% so was told to accept as is.

Seemed like the process took longer than expected and I dealt with 2 people so I’m not sure who really sold the car.
