I as I always do shop around, do the math and the research and had offers but it was DriveTime I chose because I liked the customer service. I was nervous about purchasing my first car. But, I went with the numerous positive reviews, and my gut, and I'm glad I did! There was a specific make and model I wanted from one of their listings that had everything I wanted. So, I went there ready to buy it, and just made sure the car was in the excellent condition as described, everything checked out, and that it drove well. Trey was friendly, professional, complete in covering all details about the car, my purchase, and thorough about all options, giving me his own honest recommendations. I liked that I was able to do a soft credit check and income verification online with them so I didn't have to do it in person. I did ask them what documents would be needed to complete it, especially since it would be a 2 hour drive for me to their dealership, and brought them. Because I have my own business, I thought about bringing a document that reflected that, but I was told it was unnecessary. But, once I got there, it turns out that they needed that document. So, Trey got resourceful and gave me options, and there was a lot of waiting around for the back and forth between them and their bank to see how we could work it out. The waiting was the challenging part. But, it all worked out, and I got to drive home the car I wanted!

Why I chose drive time I have a repo on my credit and drive time still give me a chance I was able to get a nicer newer SUV than any anywhere I checked for a cheaper down payment and finally I brought a Ford Taurus with drive time before and it run great and was reliable.

Erik did a great job helping us with getting a new car after our car got totaled out.
