Fast easy simple service only took about an hour start to finish big shout out to Larry singer awesome sales rep

Larry was such a great help to us, he helped us find the perfect car for our family and gave us the best deal possible! I highly recommend them and when you go in ask to see Larry he will help you out! Not to mention all of the staff was excellent to us especially with my son wanted to walk around and check the whole building out! Thank you guys for being so good to us!

Simple and easy

This is my 2nd vehicle from Drive Time. My experience with them has been Great!! I put a low down payment on my 1st car & my 2nd one no money down!! Ofc I did a trade in but they worked with me to get vest offer plus I did get the vehicle I wanted!! I am very pleased.

Purchased a car six months ago. The day we drove it home transmission went out. Warranty took care of that repair. Paid $300 for a tow to mechanic and was reimbursed $75. Now, six months later, we had to get a tow to the mechanic and warranty denied the claim. Paid out of pocket $1300. I would not recommend them to anyone.

At the moment I used DriveTime in Oklahoma City to purchase a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. The very next day after I purchased it check engine light came on but went back off. Didn’t get to drive it again til the following week and the light came back on and the jeep started running funny. Like it had a bad misfire. Since it’s been a week it’s covered under warranty by silver rock and at the one of three shops that they require you to take it to in order not to have to pay a deductible which would be $300 for your own mechanic. Anyways right now at the moment the mechanic is saying that the have to get approval to tear into the engine to do diagnosis. Which he said they may say needs new engine. I will keep this updated because I feel the people that use drivetime need to know what they are getting into dealing with the company. I’m see about a loaner with them tomorrow since I’m out the vehicle but still paying for it. I’ll keep everyone posted
Ok update. Even though I just got the vehicle from them and they had guaranteed that the vehicle had no issues they will not give you a loaner til your vehicle is taken care of. Do not use this company unless you know you have other means of transportation. You will be left without a vehicle until the warranty stuff is dealt with and it’s fixed. I’ll let you know how long it takes

Larry Singer is a top notch salesman. His focus the entire time was to get me into the vehicle that fit my budget and best met my needs.

Very professional and courteous

Purchased a suv from the Oklahoma city location. Shortly after driving off the lot. The oil change required message is on the instrument screen. That night was cold and ice formed on the windshield. That's when I found out that the heater would only blow out of the dash vents, and would not switch to defrost. I emailed the salesman and have not heard back. After calling the salesman. He told me that it was still under warranty and located the shop to get it fixed at. Told me what to do once I got to the shop how to handle it and then told me to let him know when everything was done. I respect that.

Larry was amazing! He provided great customer care while adding a friendly, professional attitude. We’ll definitely be back!

This has got to be the best experience we have ever had buying a car! We had looked online before showing up. This made the process even easier. The sales representative Larry S. went above and beyond to help us! Hands down, I recommend going to Drivetime when car shopping.

Larry Singer made the experience pleasant. There was no rush, he got us into the vehicle we wanted. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever. The only thing that took the longest was getting insurance, but that was no fault of DriveTime's at all. If we had to do it all again, we'd pick DT all over.
