Mr.Ross was very understanding and honest through the entire process. He also went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had, and I will recommend people I know to come see him.

Quick and easy! Ross made sure I was set up with everything I would need for the future before leaving off the lot.

Found the truck I wanted. After driving 3 hours 45 minutes to get there. Sitting with salesman they tried to push maintenance insurance, Gap insurance, Lowjack GPS, I bought the gap insurance. I told them I did not want the other maintenance and Lowjack GPS but they put it on my contract anyway. Before signing i looked carefully at contract and found it. I made them rewrite the contract. Did not reread the contract again and foundout after arriving home the GPS LOWJAK was still on the contract anyway. So I had to contact them again and send me the paperwork to change the contract again. Real pain in the patoot! Never trust anyone! They also said I had a 30 day or 1500 mile warranty on the truck for anything going wrong. Drove the vehicle home. After 400 miles the coolant thermostat and sensor went bad and shut down the air-conditioning. Contacted the service company for the covered warranty work but they wanted the truck for 4 days to perform a 45 minute repair. So I had to take it to an Out of Network Repair Shop to get the repairs done. They wanted a $ 350.00 deductible for the $210.00 repair it cost me out of my pocket. That repair was completed by the out of network shop in 45 minutes while I waited. Be very carefull, they said they went through the truck very thoroughly before I purchased it. But yet it needed repairs after only 400 miles and cost me out my pocket to pay for it. Not a happy customer. BEWARE!

UPDATE: Can no longer recommend DriveTime for a reliable vehicle. We now have two cars with issues and after first being told that a repair would be covered, ow being told it is not. We are now faced with a $1600 fuel injector replacement after initially being told the motor needed to be replaced… which was covered by Silver Rock Warranty. Now my second purchase which is only two weeks off the lot has started having issues. I have not even made the first payment to them and it is having issues. Now I wonder if the warranty company will cover my repairs.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM.

If anything changes, I will update the review but for now… steer clear of DriveTime.

This is our second vehicle purchase in a year from DriveTime, and it is simply because of the easy and hassle free buying experience. There is no haggling with salesman and they won't mislead you with offers outside your budget.
