DriveTime Car Sales - Riverside レビュー

Horrible experiance. Thought i bought a good car turns out they sell bad cars. The vehicle broke down within 1 week and i was told warranty would cover it but they won’t, i am beyond disappointed with this car buying experience now i have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. I would NOT recommend drive time to anyone who is looking for a decent vehicle.

We look forward to coming back to Drive Time and we will be referring them to our family and friends . We are especially thankful to Bev in the Riverside location for the great customer service.

Ms. Chance was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Beverley Chance is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She clearly explained the process to me and my family. I’m looking forward to the next visit and getting the vehicle.

Came in to drive time today and had the pleasure of getting Tyson he was amazing it made sure I left happy even after keeping him all day close to midnight well after he was off and he stayed positive and professional. Thank you Tyson I am truly happy.

Very nice and helpful

I had a wonderful experience with DriveTime. Maribel Lara helped me so much. She was very attentive and provided the best customer service. She helped me find the right car for me. I recommend her to everyone!

Great service and great cars, slight mis communication but other then that process was streamline and professional

Beverly was amazing at the Riverside location. Friendly and up front process. She was patient and very helpful. The cars were clean and easy to locate.

Friendly, courteous, helpful and fast

People made nice and easy so we’re friendly Made the whole experience, not painful

Isidro was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and made the task of purchasing a vehicle the non-traditional way comforting. He went over all the documents in depth to ensure things were communicated correctly.

Smooth ,easy ,quick and no hassle.my salesmen Aaron was top notch . Only thing I can pick at is the interest rate. I just don't think maxed out rates are A bit much ,I believe a little relief would bring you more buyer and set a tone for similar type dealerships . Just my 2 cents. Other than that great experience and I sold cars for 10 + years . So good job drive time

I can’t say enough about what the guys did for me. They went above and beyond and were polite and courteous through the whole process. Thank you drivetime.

Arron the sales guy went above and be on to help us. Awesome guy . He knew what he was talking about . Answered all our questions. We like the test drive being alone so we could talk openly.

Alaendu Okiyefa was the best I’m so happy I went with him he was so patient with me my mom & kids he made sure I was happy with the vehicle he knew what he was talking about & reviewed all the paperwork with us thoroughly I’m so happy with my new car!!! If you’re looking to get a new car from drive time I strongly suggest you go with Alaendu! Thank you again Alaendu
