There was a small hiccup in the beginning but overall it was a good experience and they were the only ones to give me a car as income and not credit score is the main basis that they go by!!

I found my car, set my terms, and purchased the car. Presented all of the paperwork that was requested, including verification of income. Got a phone call 2 weeks later telling me that more paperwork was required. I took everything to Drivetime the same day. Made my first payment 3 days early. A week later I received a phone call from the lender that my loan had been cancelled and the vehicle was going to be repossessed because Drivetime never sent them the extra paperwork that I had dropped off. Now they’re holding my down payment and first car payment for 3 months. So I’m out a car and over $2000 because of a screw up on their end.

It was a great and very easy experience, went in Friday evening to look and drove away Saturday morning! Very friendly and helpful group of people, highly recommended and would definitely recommend DriveTime

Tim Kelsey & Andrew made buying my first car as Smith as possible. They were frie dly accommodating, knowledgeable and most importantly to me they were patient and didn't pressure .e into choosing one vehicle or another I couldn't have been more pleases Def give them 10 out of 10 Salema Virginia locations crew were phenomenal

Kelsey gave me many options to choose from and I was able to test drive a couple different cars to see which one was the right one for me

I went in to buy a Dodge Charger. Unfortunately the down payment was more than the estimate online.

Timothy worked very hard to get me into a vehicle at the down payment I expected. I am very happy with my Cherokee Limited.

My beloved 1995 Honda Odyssey van was "totaled" by several deer which crashed into me recently. I was thrilled when Andrew Ferguson showed me a 2014 Honda Odyssey van at DriveTime! One test drive convinced me that fate had put it on the lot just for me! Andrew showed me all the "bells and whistles" (a lot had been added to the 2014 van which I did not have on the 1995 van). I'll be recommending DriveTime to anyone looking for a good buy.
