So I came into drive time on beechmont Ave in Cincinnati an I was told that I had to go get a paper copy of my driver's license because my card was cracked an the lenders would not accept a cracked card, I asked If the lenders would take a paper copy and the sales men said yes so I went an got it came back I test drove a car an I liked the car an then I was told that because its a paper license that then lenders would only approve me for the car if I put 800 dollars down. Which was 500 more then the amount we agreed on. Worst car buying experience ever an will not be returning to this location nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

The guy that sold the car was not very personable. The parking lot was not even clear from the snow. None of the cars were cleared off and he had to clean off the car and shovel it out for me to look at it. The handicap spots were a sheet of ice.

Fast and easy process. Most everything done online then came in, test drove the vehicle, signed paperwork and was omw in less than an hour. Sales rep Clay could have been a bit more personable but I didn't ding the rating as he may have been having a bad day.

I had an amazing experience with the DriveTime Salesforce! Steve and the team were absolute lifesavers after my car was totaled from hitting a deer. They were super courteous, kept me updated daily, and moved the buying process along smoothly, making a stressful time so much easier. Highly recommend them!

Nick was very attentive and helpful in the process. He was patient as I test drive a few vehicles, he was ready to go get the next one.

Nick, my salesman was extremely straightforward, honest, and most importantly from the initial conversation, he actually listened, to my particular price range etc, and down payment, he did NOT try to exceed that amount, he actually lowered it to accommodate for my insurance, so I’d still be out the door with the amount I could afford.
