I’ve been waiting weeks to purchase a vehicle that they say has to be inspected and nobody is being urgent with it. Everytime I call they the same thing we waiting for confirmation and I really need this car

Don't expect to be financed unless you make over 2k a month. They tout themselves as the company who will help anyone. They pre approve you and then blow up your phone to get you in front of them where they proceed to waste your entire day just to deny you. They flat out LIE to your face with a smile. Save your time. Take your purchase elsewhere.

Everything was UNBELIEVABLY SMOOTH. The ad means exactly what it says...I'm sending you all business as we speak i left out the good man Joseph Mitchell very professional!!!

I don’t care how bad you need a vehicle, DO NOT go to Drive Time. I got a 2013 Ford Edge November 13, 2024 and January 1, 2025 the transmission and transfer case went out. The warranty company would not cover the $9,000 repair and still wanted me to come out of my pocket and pay my note. Plus the shop they sent me to said the entire bottom was rusted out. Don’t go there!

The finance charges are to high

"Warning: Avoid Drive Time at all costs!
I purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass from Drive Time on July 2nd, 2024, with 81580 miles. Just months later, I've experienced catastrophic failures:
. Engine failure
. Transmission failure
. Oil cooler radiator failure
. Antifreeze reservoir failure
Before the warranty expired, I contacted Drive Time about performance concerns. They sent me to their recommended diagnostic shop, but they refused to run tests since there was no dashboard warning light was present. This lack of proactive service has led to costly repair.

. Mileage at Purchase: 81,580
. Issues: Engine, Transmission, Oil cooler radiator,
Antifreeze reservoir failures
. Diagnostic attempt: Denied due to no warning
light
Drive Time prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability. Their inadequate service has left me stranded with a malfunctioning vehicle and a hefty financial burden.

I gave it a 4 cause although the salesman Naaman was great, overall what information I left out with on 10/5 wasn’t the same when I returned to pick up my car on 10/11, other than that I got a good ride and pretty much no hassle and the customer service was good als. I’ll recommend

Anthony was nice and a friendly salesman, but I was sold a car with a bad catalytic converter less than 24 hours after buying the car it already needed to be put in the shop, also a back passenger blinker that is out i had to replace myself. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

Chris was amazing. He was so kind and helpful. He was so patient with my kids because they can be a handful lol. Overall 10/10 experience. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

LJ was extremely professional and responsive. This was an easy seamless process.

Sat there for 4 hours & got rejected for not minor thing on my pay stubbs that they were press to point out & when I go out my way to show my proof of income they then want another form of statement like what??. Yal financial department is terrible & to have me sit waiting for a car that can make triple times over is irritating & goofy. Soon as good money come through yall play dumb & act like yall don't know what to do.

The young gentleman that assisted me in my purchase was amazing. The experience was enjoyable and done in a timely manner. I wasn’t held up in the dealership all day. He listened to what I wanted and needed. He exceeded my expectations.

Marcus was very professional and took card of our needs tenachia and him work well as a team to get our satisfaction.

The experience was very smooth,I’ve purchased 4 cars and this by far was the easiest. All information was upfront with impeccable customer service.
