Got a car that broke down the next day. Black smoke started coming out of everything. Returned and asked for refund. It’s been over 2k weeks and still haven’t received anything.( refund takes 5 days) they’re so quick to sell they only care about money

My salesman was Rod. He was honest patient and got me in and out with a vehicle. I told him what I was look for and he gave everything! Thank You Rod!!! I would give 10 stars if it will let me!!!!!!

The customer service, the way he didn’t mind letting me change my mind and look at different cars. Taking out time to go through each and ever car, even when I return back he was assisting another customer but some kind of way he was able to take care of me and them in a timely matter

I would have given you a 5 star if it was purely based on my salesperson, however the general manager needs not to come in contact with the public. He is rude, pushy and disrespectful. He acted as if he owned the entire company and when I told called him out on it he stood by everything he was doing. All of this is because I declined the extended warranty because I already have one that I am transferring from my current car. He told me that WHEN the car breaks down that would be all on me (as if he knew something about the car that i didn’t). Tray was AMAZING, he needs to be the GM, not the current one. The current one is so unprofessional that during my sales process he came to Tray with his phone out tying to get him to order lunch. Because of the GM, I would not recommend anyone to come to this location.

I love the professional service of the salesman Mr Johnson what I dislike was the truck wasn’t clean on the inside and the oil wasn’t changed had 34% life left and air filter was very dirty I had to get all that done the next day

This location was a blessing they went above and beyond just to make sure me and my girlfriend was very happy and comfortable thank God for them I sure will be back best 5 Star service

I picked up the car from Union City and I had the most pleasurable moment with the Jefferey! I am happy and excited to be in the car that I want!!!!!

I gave a good review for this dealership before I got the car home. The car was not detailed properly, and my seat belt alarm will not go off. If I could take that review back I would. What made it worse, one of their reps called me to congratulate me on the purchase and ask me was everything going ok. I told him about my issues, he brushed it off and hung up on me Do not buy from this dealership

My experience with DriveTime was awesome All the staff was amazing The process was so easy and fast. If you looking for a reasonable car and the car of your dreams I recommend that you go to them. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

I should have known better than to believe the pre approval "see your terms"! Took off work early and drove a hour and a half just to be told i had to have co signer. The website said I was approved on any car, but nothing about a cosigner. The sales lady was not very helpful at all. Very, Very disappointed!
