Didn't think I was going to get approved. They approved me very helpful. Showed me multiple options of vehicles that I was approved for.

My roommate and I bought a car through Drive Time with a loan from Bridgecrest. Found out they are under the same umbrella with Carvana. I will get to that. I am driving on expired temporary tags because I have been unable to register it. Found out last week that the vehicle is still registered in the prior owner's name! I have been paying on a car that I don't own! In order to get plates I have to make an appointment which may be over a month out. In the mean time, my smog test will have expired and I will also need to get a motion permit. In desperation I told Drive Time and Bridgecrest that I will just return the car. They consider that a surrender and they will auction it and I will owe the balance. I went on Carvana and put in the car's information: 2014 Kia Optima purchase price $10,999. That purchase price came with 32.99% interest. Yeah,call me stupid. Carvana offered me $2,800. LMAO. In addition, my roommate and I are on the loan but only I am listed on the title. She is 70 and has breast cancer. This has all been very stressful to her and myself. What can we do? Can you help us?

I bought a car from the West Las Vegas location. Raul was my sales person and Sierra the manager also assisted. Raul was very helpful, informative and very professional. I test drove quite a few cars and both of them helped me make up my mind to pick the one that worked best for my situation. Even if he was busy with another customer, Sierra would text me information about other cars that were available and keep in contact with me. Shout out to these two for superb customer service! It’s so hard to find nowadays.

My service was great, the salesman very accommodating...be careful 3 days after my purchase the vehicle started blowing white smoke, get it checked out and it needs a new engine. Now nobody's talking.

Costumer service was great easy experience , my issue is that I took the car in for inspection and they are telling it needs new tires , we have only had the car for 2 weeks and I genuinely scared something else will come up . I know is not a new car but for the amount I’m paying a month I didn’t expect to have to buy new tires already . I feel very disappointed on the vehicle I purchased and 5 days is definitely not enough time to get to know a vehicle.

Lies lies and more lies. stay far away. Raul Can not keep stories straight. Even the gm lies. Made me miss work to come to do paperwork and then something is wrong with car and tries to figure out what to say. And won't even let you look at it. Because they don't want to get caught. Crooks. Going to report to BBB. It happened multiple times. If anyone wants to get a better vehicle. Go to sahara chrysler dodge ram down the street. Straightforward with you. And get you in and out with a fantastic vehicle

Richard Her had an awesome spirit. He made it comfortable for me. His experience in doing all the paperwork was totally exceptional. He was patient and he make sure that all of my paperwork was done correctly before I left and that the vehicle was maintenance correctly and even when I had a little maintenance problem, he took care of it before I left the lot.
