The Drive Team was wonderfu supper friendly and fast. I was able to buy my car yes the one I seen on line and was in and out of there in about an hour. Thank you Kaitlyn.

Central Florida -Staff were efficient & friendly but the financing offered differed from what we said was our budget cap; it limited what we could get to a car that reeked of smoke. Interest very high. I'd use them for a cash purchase only in future.

Jose and Areikar made my experience with DriveTime a great one. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away in a newer vehicle. Thank you both I appreciate you and your team.

Jose was a great salesman but unfortunately they do not have programs to help people on fixed incomes and tell you to find someone to cosign without understanding people issues

THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR! Sold my son a car that is dangerous! It had 5 recalls.
Not to mention oil leaks from multiple areas of the engine.
DISGUSTING WAY TO DO BUSINESS! You claim to want to help people build their credit, but yet you will sell a vehicle that you KNEW was unsafe!
Now he is upside down in some bullshit!

⚠️ WARNING — Very Dishonest Dealership

This dealership is not honest and not trustworthy.

We bought a 2017 Dodge Durango in July 2025, paid $2,000 down, and were told the car was in excellent condition. The moment we left the lot, we discovered damage on the right side that had clearly been hidden during the sale. When we contacted them the next day, they refused to help and said the car was already ours — zero responsibility.

A couple of months later, our mechanic found several serious issues that obviously existed before the sale:
• Water pump leaking slowly
• Engine mount broken and needs replacement
• Timing belt needs to be replaced
• All filters and systems need full flushing and service
• Brakes squeak every time we press them

The car had never received its 60,000-mile service and was sold in poor mechanical condition.

We even contacted Jose from Customer Service Relations in Arizona, hoping for real support — but he simply said there was nothing he could do. No help, no responsibility, no effort to fix the situation.

We later noticed that many cars on their lot had visible accident damage or hidden repairs.

🚫 Do not trust this dealership. They sell cars with serious problems, provide terrible customer service, and take no accountability.
Avoid this place completely.

Mike was top tier overall during my buying experience on West Colonial in Orlando. He is essentially one of one! While there, my interactions with other employees were so enjoyable and memorable. Words do not give proper justice to how you guys made me feel. I felt like I was the only person in the bldg. Mike was super transparent, I didn’t feel taken advantage of, and I absolutely love my vehicle. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!

This company as of 2/18/2025 have committed Fraud & Forgery by signing my signatures/Initials on contract. I have original documents with no signatures or nothing. STAY AWAY from this company. Any lawyers out there?

I had a great experience. Michael at west colonial was very helpful and had us out of there in only a couple hours. I had a lot of anxiety but once he showed me the numbers match what i expected that really put me at ease. Next thing you know I was driving home in a new car that was better than I expected to get. I appreciate you guys!

1. You bullied me into a vehicle taking your sweet time when I had to go pick up ny kid and you KNEW IT!!

I first spoke with Erika she was very informative, as well as helpful. She then Help me test drive 3 vehicles, after choosing my 2019 Ford F150 She then directed me to Jan finished up the paperwork for my vehicle.
Both of them were outstanding and professional.

The best best experience I have ever had in car buying it was once a nightmare fear of mine to buying a new car and this one trip has totally changed my aspect in car buying from the time I walked in the door from the time I walked out I was in disbelief of how amazing the customer service was …..Kaitlyn was awesome and patient!
