Experience was awesome! Joe was great through the whole process!

Jubert was Absolutely Amazing from the time we walked in the door!!! No pressure to buy a certain car. The application process was so easy. I must say this is the dealership that didn’t take all day to actually buy a great car. Jubert you are the best, You’re an Asset to DriveTime!!!

My husband and I along with our daughter went to Drivetime in Winston Salem out of all the years going to car dealerships this was the most painless experience. The staff was wonderful. Thank you to Lashonda and Lakeia whose name I will never forget because that is my sister’s name just spelled differently 😊. They honored their promise and I was able to drive off with a suv of my choice. What a pleasant experience. We will return to buy from

The suv I purchased at DriveTime is an awesome vehicle. The concern I have is they know you may have a license plate that you can transfer, but still charge you for tags. This I know is not fair. Don’t use this to get over on people. Be honest with your customers.

I am a disabled woman went in looking for a dependable car for me and my disabled mother explaining to the dealer that I was cheated on the car that I paid $4500 on and I could never get a title. I am 3536 days, and I can’t get the car to cut out. I cannot do anything. The car has all kinds of lights on it thank God that I took out the warranty, but I can guarantee you once the test come back still have to pay for it. I don’t understand why I didn’t get the test drive , the car was just pulled in the front for me and I don’t understand when I called. They said they are used cars but sell somebody a used car. They can lease last two years not 35 days. Thank you for your business.
thanks how has money to make your first payment and pay the towing and a dep foe a rental car and paying people to pick me up for the doctor app and i did call and they was rude they are uses cars rigth

When I got there the first impression experience was not expected well and longer wait process as no information follow up after first visit but going the second time and helped by someone else Jubert from the last had me to like the experience a lot better. And was able to walk out with a car.

Unlike some others that purchased a vehicle from DriveTime I’m shocked that they want me to come up with documentation from 2023. I don’t even live in that same state nor bank with that company. How am I suppose to get in a car with y’all if I can’t even get the paperwork that your underwriting team needs

I loved the place! We went to the one in Winston and the lady that helped us us was freaking awesome and explained everything to us. There was a small area to entertain our kids while we where busy with paperwork, it had tablets with kid friendly games and a lodge area with satellite TV. I couldn't ask for better service and the Jeep that we ended up with is amazing and just what we needed! Affordable price too

Excellent experience with the staff and process of buying the car. My only complaint is no fault of the staff. The office is under construction and was extremely hot. No air conditioning which made it horribly uncomfortable. But staff were great!
